They never call anyone back. Pretty scary if you had your child here. What if there was an emergency?
Mrs. BMay 4, 2026Ms. Trish and Ms. Jennie are the teachers in our son’s room and they are amazing! They are patient, caring and make learning fun for him from the start of his day to the end! They are genuine and intentional in their approach to not only our child’s individual needs but also the class as a whole. We love Ms. Trish and Ms. Jennie and are so grateful for everything they do!

Lori does a great job in finding truly exceptional and high quality staff who love their jobs and who only have your child's best interest in mind. They treat our little one like family. He has learned SO much since starting at Encore and he loves being there. I LOVE the intimate, beautiful facility and all of the amazing staff. The staff/parent communication is exceptional. The management team is top notch. We couldn't ask for a better place to help raise our children.

Not only is our child safe and having fun, our LO is learning at an unbelievable rate, doing fun activities every day, and making friends. It’s hard to be a toddler but the teachers are wonderful, I know they genuinely care for our child, and work with the kids and their big feelings. Our LO is excited to go to “school” (at Encore) truly every day. This isn’t just a playcare, it’s a learning center.

Looking for child care can be stressful because you want to make sure your child is safe and taken care of. You will never have to worry at Encore! My daughter loves everyone there and has learned so much! I cannot recommend this amazing place enough! Thank you Encore for loving our daughter and all you do! We are truly blessed to have found you!
