We’ve had an excellent experience with Primrose, and what stands out most is the staff's professionalism and training. Recently, my son had difficulty while eating a meal, and the way the team handled the situation was incredibly reassuring. They contacted me right away, clearly explained what was happening, and took proactive steps to ensure his safety. It was evident that they are well-trained, calm, and prepared to handle situations appropriately. Their communication was thorough and professional, which gave me a lot of confidence in their care. Knowing my son is in an environment where the staff is not only caring but also highly trained and capable of responding to both everyday routines and unexpected situations gives me great peace of mind. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism they demonstrate every day.

Primrose School of Sioux Falls at Heather Ridge has exceeded any expectations we had as first time parents. It was important to us that our baby was safe, loved, and cared for each day. Truly, nothing beats the feeling of knowing you can trust anyone there and check-in whenever you need to. We cannot recommend them enough!

Our experience at Primrose has been exceptional from the start. The management staff are caring and experienced; their expertise makes the transition to the center so easy and enjoyable. The teachers have been top notch- most notably their communication with parents and engagement with the kids has been such a breath of fresh air. Every day our daughter's teachers have something fun or cute to share about her experience at school! We are so glad that we made the switch!

Primrose has been an amazing experience for both our boys. Paige, Katie, and all the staff are present and truly care about the kids in the facility. I love the diversity of their curriculum and activities that the kids get. The staff are always attentive and responsive to us and the kids!
