  • My daughter went here and I loved it. They were like family to me and my daughter. They do very amazing things, by learning and many more. If my daughter didn’t have to go to school she’ll still be there. All of my daughter’s teachers loved her she talks about them all the time. They helped me as parent learn a lot. they’ll go heads and beyond when it comes to helping. Mrs.Martin was very amazing. even though my daughter isn’t there anymore she ask for her every other day. I’m so thankful for them. The moral of the day this place is awesome and amazing.

  • Don’t waste your time with this place!!! Trust the 2.8 star rating because I’ve come to find out it’s that low for a reason. I called this place to get my toddler in and I was told “we’re accepting in February, you can come in and take a tour. It’s a $20 registration fee and $212 weekly. It’s now February and I visited this place only to be told “sorry, the teacher went off on maternity so we won’t have any spots for another 6 months” I asked the question l, “ didn’t you know she was pregnant and going off on maternity last month when I called? Because this is a different information from what I got over the phone and I wasted my time stopping here when I could’ve done something else with my time.” Also I stepped into the building and it was super hot and I was wondering why it’s so hot in there. That can’t be good for the babies. Bottom line, don’t bring your kids here ever! Wish I could give 0 stars.

  • This place is truly a God send for me and my daughter. They love my little girl and take care of her as I do. They send me amazing pics of her everyday progress and as a single mom that eases my mind so much. The staff have all become more like firmed than ppl that look after my daughter while I work. I am forever grateful for each and every one of them

  • I had to take my three year old baby to this place because of work and unenrolled her the third day. It was horrible!! The service given by the lady at the front was horrendous. I called during lunch one time to ask what my baby had ate...the response was "food" is a super rude and sarcastic manner. I had packed my baby food for those three days because she's a picky eater. She likes home made stuff...all three days I picked up her lunch untouched. No body bother to give my daughter her own food. Instead she was given the nasty stuff they serve and she did not eat anything. One thing I remember was on her first day, her teacher didn't even bother to introduce herself to us. Those people have no common sense!!!!!! I would never take my kid here again...and do not recommend them!

  • If I could put "zero" stars, I would. I have a very "strong willed" child. If you have strong willed children, do NOT bring them here. It took me a minute to write a review because I was getting my child in other care/school. They would call me DAILY to tell me to come get my child because "she isn't listening." Are you a babysitter or a childcare place? I'm paying YOU to care for my child so I can work to pay you. You would think they would KNOW how to handle children. The spirit on the place was ugly. Ms. Ursula is Ursula indeed. She was very disrespectful. It was my child's second or third day and she tells me "If I'm to watch her, her temper will have to change." After two to three weeks, Ms. Keisha, the director, said and I quote "We can't do it anymore." UNPROFESSIONAL. So I pulled my child out of their care. My child cried EVERYDAY I dropped her off there. At her new place, she cried the first day and not once after and that's how I know American Child Care INC on Murfreesboro road are BABYSITTERS not professionals. Can't expect kids to sit down all day long. Ms. Tonya was on her phone ALL the time. My child is doing GREAT where she is now at. I would never recommend this center to anyone. They treated me with disrespect and tried to label my child Autistic/ADHD within the first few days because of her behavior. Children can sense when people's spirits are not right. I'm glad I pulled her out, this place was very negative and RUDE. I came in one day to check my child out and Ms. Ursula goes "Who are you here to pick up?" I say my child's name, then she goes "You're her mother??" in a rude voice and I just look at her and say "Yes." She goes on to say well I wasn't here this morning, so that's why I'm asking. GIRL BYE! RUDE RUDE RUDE. Say "Hello, how are you?" first. No manners. I even tried asking if me coming on my lunch everyday to help with my child was an option and they said "NO, I don't think it will help." How are you going to tell a parent they can't come check on their own child??? Insanity. Must be talking out the side of their necks to those children. Again, I do not recommend this place.

  • First off i took my friend with me to pick up my daughter cus she was pregnant and looking for a daycare it was so embarrassing cus one of the staff yelled at the baby and grabbed they arm as the baby was coming over to my friend to say hi. Second every time i came to pick up my child her diaper was always full n we in counter several diapers rashes. 3rd they went up in the price i gave my two week notice but she said it was not good cus i didnt put it in writing. So i tell her Friday I’ll know her know for sure what i decide to do. Friday i forgot to tell her. Monday was closed my child didn’t come Tuesday or Wednesday Friday morning at 8 am i took my payment to them and she removed my daughter from the day care without notifying or calling me before she did it but calls me Friday at 6pm and tells me she dropped her. She had all day to let me know that.i found a better daycare n my child is already learning n not just sitting at the table all day.
