Nika HennyJul 18, 2023I was in the care of Blessed Beginnings Daycare when I was a child. I’m currently a grown woman , and I’m reflecting on my life . From the age of 3-4 until i was 8 years old , my mother paid for my childhood trauma . I was physically and verbally bullied by the same girl, her brothers, and her friends for years .They beat me almost daily , constantly made fun of me, and made me feel like an inferior person for years . The daycare workers were very aware to what was happening, but never or rarely stepped in or gave consequences to my bullies . My mother had to actually witness me getting jumped on for there to be actions taken, and even then the support and actions taken by the staff were not satisfactory in the slightest. I had to withdraw from the daycare. Since it has been 10+ years since I’ve withdrawn;I can’t speak for this daycare’s current quality, but I would never send my children there.
