On behalf of the Scott County Chamber of Commerce, the Boys & Girls Club of the Cumberland Plateau truly knocks it out of the park with the programs they offer for our kids and families. Their programming provides structure, support, and positive opportunities that help young people learn, grow, and thrive. The care and dedication behind these programs are evident every day, creating a safe and encouraging environment where kids feel supported and valued. We love the work they do and the positive impact they continue to make across our communities.

Starr KuehnleSep 8, 2024I was the winning bidder on some items for the Scott County Benefit Auction, so I had to go to the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Cumberland Plateau to pick them up. I was in just 1 of the classrooms and I could see what appeared to be a kitchen. Everything looked good and the room had a clean smell.
Carrie EllisMar 28, 2023We rented an area for our sons birthday party and loved having the big space, plenty of room for the kids to play!

Is Boys & Girls Club of the Cumberlands a licensed child care provider in Tennessee?
- Yes. Boys & Girls Club of the Cumberlands holds Tennessee licence TN-3325, listed as "DOE APPROVED" by the Department of Human Services, Child Care Services in Scott County. Confirm current standing on the state's child care provider map at onedhs.tn.gov before enrolling.
What is Boys & Girls Club of the Cumberlands's star rating in Tennessee?
- Tennessee publishes no star rating for Boys & Girls Club of the Cumberlands. A provider without a rating has not been assessed under the Star-Quality programme rather than been rated poorly, and it is licensed and inspected either way.
What are Boys & Girls Club of the Cumberlands's hours?
- The state record lists 3:00 PM-7:00 PM. Tennessee publishes the daily window but not which days it applies to, and hours change without the licence record changing, so call ahead.
What programmes does Boys & Girls Club of the Cumberlands take part in?
- The state record lists Certificate Program, Transportation provided. Transportation is approved and the record shows no fee charged for it.
What are the site rules at Boys & Girls Club of the Cumberlands?
- The provider reports No Dogs, No Pets, No Smoking/Vaping, Near Public Transportation, No Cats, Transportation by School to and From the Provider, Wheelchair Accessible. These are self-reported to the state rather than verified at inspection, so confirm anything your child's health depends on directly.
Does this page show inspection results for Boys & Girls Club of the Cumberlands?
- No. Tennessee publishes a report card of licensing citations for each provider, and those are not included here, so nothing on this page reflects Boys & Girls Club of the Cumberlands's inspection history either way. Look the provider up on the state's child care provider map at onedhs.tn.gov and read its report card.
