Highly recommend Briar Patch! My son started going there when he was only 6 months old & he’s now 2 years old and I wouldn’t change my decision of taking him here. I know he’s cared for and even loved by the staff. They provide such an amazing environment, don’t settle for anything less! Take your kid to briar patch!
Haleigh ReederDec 30, 2025I want to first say when my daughter started going here it was fabulous!! They was near capacity and made room for my child which was awesome. My child quickly fell in love with one specific teacher (who ended up leaving a month or a couple ago) she was the best. My child isnt a wild or hyper kid( she quite and very shy) but than they got a new manager who runs it and she changed it where you got to be there by 9am.. the only reason we choose this place is because the owner said the time we drop off didnt matter long as it wasnt during nap time.(the latest ever have dropped off is 9:37 am) if we paying 250 per week whats it matter when we drop off?? I would understand if we dropped off at noon everyday or during nap time etc but yeah the time thing is crazy.. feels like a place of employment instead of a daycare.. and if you ain't there by 9 they just make you feel like crap and talk about you to other teachers. Also they do get quite a few sick kids there and then have to close down several days(thats not their fault really due to parents knowing their child is sick but sending them anyways) It started off so well, than the few good teachers left, the time change where you have be there before 9am, and the way some of the teachers talk about the parents are my big 3 issues. Its not the worse day care but its not the best either. For the price they charge and demand you be there at their time is crazy.
KraKenDec 19, 2025Won’t not recommend. The owner Tina profiles parents and didn’t know that my cousin was one of her employees at the time and told me how she mouths off about the children who attend her daycare. I moved my child from there a while back once something came up about what she said about it my family.
Kia NicoleDec 9, 2025disrespectful management. dirty facilities. kids escaping. children unsafe.
Yaddie WilsonOct 8, 2025This is a beautiful childcare facility with the best staff. A great place for any child.
Paul MccullochSep 24, 2025My daughter loves going, love the care she gets through the day and absolutely love the owner. She loves all the kiddos like they’re her own.

- The state record lists Certificate Program.
What are the site rules at Briar Patch Early Learning Center?
- The provider reports No Pets, No Smoking/Vaping, No Cats, Wheelchair Accessible, No Dogs. These are self-reported to the state rather than verified at inspection, so confirm anything your child's health depends on directly.
Does this page show inspection results for Briar Patch Early Learning Center?
- No. Tennessee publishes a report card of licensing citations for each provider, and those are not included here, so nothing on this page reflects Briar Patch Early Learning Center's inspection history either way. Look the provider up on the state's child care provider map at onedhs.tn.gov and read its report card.
