Great daycare great staff can't wait to enroll my baby in the facility if I could I would give it a 10 star

This is a great academy!!!! I have no worries at all when I drop my son off every morning. I get alerts all day stating what my son is doing, eating, sleeping, playing, etc.. they even send pictures!!!!! I recommend this academy 1000%

False expectations were set during our tour. We were told that we would have access to cameras, however, when we asked to see them, we were declined. We were also sold on an app that would allow us to see what our child was doing, however, the teachers never updated it. We were told that my 2 year old was involved in an incident, however, they waited until we came to pick him up to mention it instead of calling us. When my mom asked to see the footage she was declined and when I called to see the footage I was initially declined then told they’d call me to schedule a time to see it. It’s been days and no one has called and when I call no one answers the phone. The owner set expectations my mom would receive a refund after stating my son can no longer attend, however, they didn’t answer her calls and whenever they do she’s been given the run around. My son attended for 2 days, at least 11hrs per day (which is against DHS regulations, but we were told it was fine as long as we paid more money), but we paid for a week and should’ve received a refund for the days he did not attend. They claim my son was expelled because of an incident, however, we have yet to receive an incident report or access to footage per our many requests. Truth of the matter is they expelled my son because my mom was uncomfortable dropping my son off with the security guard. And I know this is a fact because when I called they stated my mom's concerns were a liability, not my child. I highly do not recommend this facility for your children. This page didn’t have any positive reviews until after my mom posted her review, I don’t find that to be a coincidence.

My grandchildren attends this center and we have not had any problems from the staff or the director. Chole & Jaxon loves it there. I love it there. Ms. Patricia has done nothing but been a blessing to me & my daughter. I highly recommend you go visit the center and make your own judgment.
