If I could give it no stars I would. I have walked in and heard them hollering at kids multiple times. They let my grandbaby cry to the point that his shirt was soaking wet, which means he had been crying for a long time, and all he wanted was his pacifier. To me this is neglect. My grandbaby no longer goes there. I would recommend if your child goes there to check in on them.
