  • If you live in the Smyrna area and looking for the best place to send your child, look no further than CCDS! While it’s definitely not the cheapest option out there, it is absolutely worth every penny. Choosing the best daycare for your child is such an important decision. Lets face it, you are making a decision that is going to impact your child for the rest of his or her life. At a young age, kids are like sponges, and having them in a safe and positive environment every day is the best way to ensure that your child will flourish and grow into the best versions of themselves. I can’t say enough good things about CCDS! From the moment we enrolled our child, it has been an absolute blessing. The staff is incredibly caring, nurturing, and dedicated to both the spiritual and emotional well-being of each child. Every day, they not only engage the children with fun and enriching activities, but also instill the values of kindness, love, and respect through Bible teachings and prayer. Whether you are a devoted Christian or not, instilling these values in your child at a young age is the most important investment you can make for them. My children have flourished in this environment, and we’ve seen such positive changes in their behavior and attitude. The staff’s communication with parents is excellent, and they always take the time to provide updates and feedback on our child’s progress. The facility itself is clean, safe, and welcoming, with plenty of room for the children to explore and learn. The addition of an armed security guard on campus at all times gives me even greater feeling peace everyday that I drop my little one off. What truly sets this daycare apart, however, is the sense of community and the genuine love for my kids that everyone involved shares. It’s not just a daycare; it’s a place where my child is cared for, loved, and taught to grow in their faith. We are so thankful for this incredible team and highly recommend Community Christian Day School to anyone looking for a faith-centered, nurturing environment for their little ones.

  • My daughter attended CCDS for preschool, and it was her very first experience with any school or daycare, as she was home with me until she turned four. Being a first-time parent, I was nervous about enrolling her, but choosing CCDS turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. When it came time to enroll my son, there was no doubt in my mind where he would go. I wholeheartedly recommend CCDS to both new and experienced parents. The staff is incredibly friendly and truly feels like family. You get to know all the teachers, not just the ones working directly with your child, which creates such a warm and welcoming community. Any issues that arise are addressed immediately with support from multiple staff members. I can confidently say this school is not only amazing but also very safe. 100% recommend!

  • My daughter loves everything about CCDS… her teachers, friends, worship Fridays, learning new things, and the whole environment. From a parental perspective, I’ve loved both watching her grow and knowing she’s safe while at CCDS. The school utilizes security officers that maintain a close relationship with parents and students. This has given us peace of mind considering all the recent tragedies in the mid-state. I highly recommend getting your child to Community Christian whether it be for elementary school or the daycare.

  • We have had two kids attending CCDS in the last 2 years, and we adore this school. It feels like all of the teachers, staff, and admin know my kids by name. When there are behavior issues, the teachers work with us to make sure we address the core issues and not just the circumstance. Both of our kids have learned SO much academically, spiritually, and developmentally. The facilities are always clean, and they keep us well informed of everything happening each day. Plus, as two full time working parents, it is so nice that they’re open for long hours. I can’t brag on this school enough!

  • All three of our children attended CCDS. They had great experiences while learning so much! All teachers were welcoming and open with praise as well as corrections when needed. When it was time to start Kindergarten, our Pre-K teachers were very informative about the private school side of CCDS versus our local magnet choices. The office staff is unmatched with information and compassion!

  • My daughter is in her second year at CCDS, and my husband and I are so pleased with their service and care for our daughter! Their teachers are caring and make sure to keep us informed on anything involving our girl in a timely manner (via call, text, email, or during drop off /pick up). My daughter is learning lots everyday and doing so in a safe, loving environment! The teachers show they care even when not on the clock (They even came to my daughter’s birthday party on the weekend). All in all, I am a very pleased Mama, and I highly recommend CCDS! ♥️🥰
