I cannot recommend this daycare based on my experience. When my child's enrollment ended, they withheld my child's personal belongings, including his lunchbox, his nap-time necessities, and his prescribed EpiPen. Keeping a child's essential belongings—and especially a life-saving prescribed medication—instead of returning them promptly was extremely concerning and, in my opinion, completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the owner was extremely rude, talked down to me throughout our interactions, and was uncooperative when I tried to resolve the situation. Instead of handling the matter professionally, I was met with disrespect and a lack of concern for my child's health and well-being. After I informed the owner that I intended to leave an honest review about my experience, I was blocked from the business's Facebook page, which only reinforced my concerns about how criticism is handled. The entire experience caused unnecessary stress for my family and left me deeply disappointed. I expected much better communication, professionalism, and care from a childcare provider. I hope they improve their policies and the way they treat families so no one else has to go through a similar experience
