  • My daughter has been going to Creative Corner for about 6 months, she’s in the infant room. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with how truly amazing her three teachers are and the director. They have all been so including and welcoming and so supportive of our daughter. Whenever we have questions about her day or how we can better help her at home, they are always so open and honest with us. When we drop our daughter off in the morning, she gets so excited to see Ms. Julie and Ms. Sydney. Whenever I pick her up, she is usually hanging out in the floor with Ms. Emily. I could not thank Ms. Emily enough for her love for our little girl. Our daughter always has the biggest smile and laughing when we pick her up. They also do the cutest photoshoot with the kids for every holiday and are always having the children do the cutest art projects. As a first time mom, I really appreciate the memories they are making with them. As an elementary teacher, I am very strict with bringing my child to the best daycare and I couldn’t be happier with their communication, nurturing spirit, patience, and trustworthiness. I highly recommend this daycare!

  • Awful daycare. Would not recommend this daycare for anyone. They will dismiss your child if you question their teaching requirements, Director of the daycare also agreed that the OWNERS should be more involved. Unprofessional and rude teachers, there shouldn’t be a problem questioning how your infants day is going. we were told a teacher (Emily) felt uncomfortable by us asking our child that at pick up. We got incident reports every other week and it was justified by the statement “No daycare is perfect”, neglect should never be an issue at any daycare or justified at any daycare. I wish we believed the reviews before enrolling our child two months ago. They live up to every bad review.

  • We had a very concerning experience that ultimately led us to remove our child. Our 10-month-old son came home with a noticeable injury above his eye. When we first asked to see the video of what happened, we were told we could not view the footage. As a first-time parent, that immediately raised concerns, especially because the explanation given was that our baby somehow pulled over a bouncer with another child inside. After filing a police report due to the situation, the daycare eventually showed us the video. In the footage, our son was able to climb onto the bouncer and it tipped over while two teachers were present in the room. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication and professionalism from staff throughout the process. The interactions felt cold, dismissive, and at times hostile. Parents deserve transparency, clear communication, and attentive supervision when their child is in someone else’s care. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here

  • I would not recommend this daycare. When I signed my child up, the program was really oversold compared to what is actually provided. • Safety concerns: They do not check IDs when someone picks up children. My brother-in-law picked up my child without ever being asked his name or for identification. Happened another occasion when I was picking my child up and the other teachers pointed the person to the room without identification or being walked to the other children’s room. • Care quality: Naps and food are logged incorrectly. Teachers often put the kids in front of videos with Miss Rachel instead of engaging them in crafts or learning activities as promised. I’ve not received any crafts in over 4-5 months. Director blames teachers, but they should be taking accountability to provide that structure for their employees. • Basic care issues: On one occasion, my child was handed to me without pants on. I was told, “oops, we just got done changing her,” instead of them making sure she was dressed and ready. • Communication: It’s nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. Calls and messages are not answered. Portal does not work for communication. • Program structure: They send part-time kids home when ratios are off, which makes no sense—why offer the program if children are penalized for being part-time? • Billing: The director originally agreed we could pay a flat monthly fee, then later claimed I was behind on payments. After our phone call, they conveniently added late charges to every single payment. •. Public Knowledge: Over 50 + DHS reports since 2018. Overall, this daycare is unprofessional, unreliable, and unsafe for my family. This is my freedom of speech to express my opinion of my own personal experience. Instead of the director or owner blaming the parents and teachers they should take accountability and do better.

  • I found this daycare for my granddaughter a couple of years ago after being out of the child rearing business for almost 30 years. A lot has changed in the childcare world since mine was little and it was a gamble for me. We are so happy with Creative Corner Child Care Center. They have treated our girl with kindness and love, all the while giving her the educational tools to be ready for K next year. They are constantly working with her and the other kids on the age appropriate curriculum to keep them moving forward in life but if a child is advanced they will adjust the components to meet that child's needs. If you have to place your child(ren) in daycare than this is the place to be and you will not have any regrets. 100% recommend Creative Corner Child Care Center.

  • This is a great place for your little one to feel safe. The company is owned by professional former nurses I believe. My son has been attending here since he was 2 and he is now 4. When he started here Steve had a speech problem from having ear infections that needed surgery to correct. He was also being potty trained at that time. A big task to put on the teacher to keep his potty training regiment up and to help him hear and pronounce words correctly. Within the month Steve was completely potty trained by both us and his school. By the end of the year Steve was pronouncing words better and he was very happy. Since attending here Steve has grown into quite the smart young man. He loves the atmosphere and so do we. The staff are very polite and extremely attentive, I would recommend creative corner to anyone who is feeling worried about were to take their little ones. One thing that you might not like but which we understand is you pay them weekly every week on Friday even if your child doesn’t attend a whole week you will pay for the staff. You get 1 week of vacation and to me this is a reasonable request.
