  • We enrolled my daughter here a few months ago and her toddler teachers have been AMAZING. They were so patient with her starting out and they pour so much love into her everyday. She comes home with new songs and dances she’s learned. All of the other staff are so kind and welcoming as well. 10/10 recommend this center!🩷🩷

  • Very welcoming environment. My child has struggled at other childcare facilities but thrives here and actually enjoys going everyday. The staff is very sweet and respectful. We haven’t had any issues since starting in August.

  • The staff that work directly with the children are friendly and doing their best, but I would not recommend for military families especially those using Child Care Aware to use this daycare. Administration for payments is not on site, constantly playing telephone or waiting for messages or questions to be passed along. After paying first and last week upfront and providing two week notice, they just kept credit on our account and when asked about it there's no explanation or communication from administration which lacks integrity to me. The internet and phones are constantly down making it hard to get updates on your child or even call them. Wipes are a community item and what you brought specific for your child isn't used on them necessarily. The playground is full of small gravel, leaving little ones with rocks in their shoes. The restroom is outside of one of the toddler rooms, which isn't conducive to good supervision and them being helped with potty training. If your child's labled belongings are sent home in another child's bag at end of week, the response is oh well for you. As another reviewer said a good filler daycare till you find something else.

  • Update: Do not use this daycare. Workers and the director got fired and arrested for abusing kids, especially abusing them during diaper changing in the infant room. Multiple people got reported. So glad my baby is gone from there but I pray she wasn’t one of the ones who got abused. So glad that information was brought forth to me. Disgusting that they tried to cover it up as well. They are under new management now with some previous admin still there as well. High turnover rate btw! This daycare is good for a “filler” daycare. It fills your need for care until you get a daycare that is better quality. There was not many activities, toys in the room. It looked pretty boring. They need better quality toys and things to stimulate and educate the children. Few toys here and there on the shelves. The kitchen area was missing the sink and mostly all toys. I noticed dirty toys under the kitchen area for a week straight so I do not know how clean they are with standards. They are not accredited so military will not work with them. (They lied and said childcare aware works with them until I put them on three way with them and they do not) They have a constant high turn over rate with the staff. I don’t even know who my daughter teachers were. Someone new all the time. They didn’t even know my daughter or her needs until I had to express to them her routine so obviously the previous teacher did not relay anything. I constantly had to be on them about things pertaining to my child. They lost my child item from her emergency bag. They blamed kids for mixing up my child clothes in her cubby. I don’t want my child things touching others. My baby came home hungry daily. Crackers and water almost everyday for snack. I feel for kids that have to be there for long hours. I see why the military said their quality is not up to care. Simple things I noticed that I am not used to because I am used to the military standards. They are high for no reason because our money is not going towards the toys or staff pay( their pay is low). I walked in and caught my daughter teacher dragging a child by one arm. The child was crying. I alerted the front desk and had my daughter moved out of her room. If your child has an allergy you must bring in the alternative for them. They have weekly rates and you must pay weekly. $215/week(with military discount it’s $205) Many people don’t even get paid weekly. The lady that gave me the tour quit so that was the only time I seen her. By the way of her body language, tone and talking to me through her eyes I could tell she wanted to tell me to steer clear from this place. She asked me multiple times am I sure I want to go through with this daycare registration. I would not recommend this to fellow military families. Management is friendly but Sometimes they act like they didn’t see my messages on pro-care. This was my experience with creekstones academy, enroll at your own risk, the reviews are low for a reason. I feel like this center is worth 3 stars. It’s okay but not great! This was the only care available to me at the time so I had no choice if I wanted to work. But my child got a spot on post and I am so much happier now with better quality, affordability and location. My child is even happier and not crying during drop off. She told me she was bored at this daycare and her behavior had become aggressive attending there.

  • We absolutely LOVE The Spotlight Academy!! We moved to Clarksville, not knowing a soul here, when I was 12 weeks pregnant. I started calling around to find the perfect daycare for our first babe, and after speaking with Ms. Tiffanie, the director, Spotlight immediately became our first choice. She was very personable, kind, and welcoming, and after she described Spotlight’s environment, I knew in my heart this would be an amazing place to care for our babe. Our son started in the baby room at 12 weeks old, and is currently in the 2-year-old room as he is about to turn 2. He absolutely loves it there! When I drop him off in the mornings, he runs right up to whoever welcomes him in that day, and when he gets picked up each day, he tells them all he loves them. We are beyond blessed to have such an amazing team of caregivers at Spotlight to take care of our baby boy! It sure is an incredible feeling knowing our baby is safe, learning, being taken care of, and happy while Mommy and Daddy are working! I highly recommend The Spotlight Academy to anyone looking for an amazing daycare for their little one(s)!

  • My son LOVES The Spotlight! The staff treats us like family. It’s so nice to see him thriving socially and academically. He gets so excited to go to school and see his friends and teachers.
