  • My little one has been attending the center since June 1, 2021 and I can’t say enough about how amazing everyone is! Stefni and the girls are absolutely wonderful, patient, kind, and treat the children how a parent wants them to be treated! I’m so glad Stefni was appointed director, she has made some wonderful changes to the center that have really improved the atmosphere and the communication between teachers and parents. I would recommend the Child Development Center to anyone looking for a trustworthy, educational, and fun environment for their littles!

Questions parents ask about First Presbyterian Preschool

Is First Presbyterian Preschool a licensed child care provider in Tennessee?

Yes. First Presbyterian Preschool holds Tennessee licence TN-2002, listed as "LICENSED" by the Department of Human Services, Child Care Services in Monroe County. Confirm current standing on the state's child care provider map at onedhs.tn.gov before enrolling.

What is First Presbyterian Preschool's star rating in Tennessee?

Tennessee rates First Presbyterian Preschool 2 stars, on a scale of one to three where three is highest. The Star-Quality rating measures programme standards the state assesses, not inspection outcomes, and it is separate from the licence itself.

What are First Presbyterian Preschool's hours?

The state record lists 7:15 AM-5:30 PM. Tennessee publishes the daily window but not which days it applies to, and hours change without the licence record changing, so call ahead.

What programmes does First Presbyterian Preschool take part in?

The state record lists Certificate Program.

What are the site rules at First Presbyterian Preschool?

The provider reports No Pets, No Smoking/Vaping, No Dogs. These are self-reported to the state rather than verified at inspection, so confirm anything your child's health depends on directly.

Does this page show inspection results for First Presbyterian Preschool?

No. Tennessee publishes a report card of licensing citations for each provider, and those are not included here, so nothing on this page reflects First Presbyterian Preschool's inspection history either way. Look the provider up on the state's child care provider map at onedhs.tn.gov and read its report card.
