  • Please avoid sending your children to this daycare. The upper management is terrible & unfortunately in our case the issues upstairs trickled down to our kid. We've been trying to pick up the pieces ever since we pulled him out. Just look at the employee turn over rate at GLC and it will tell you all you need to know. Teachers are great...leadership is not.

  • Generations Learning Center is one of the most sought after pre-schools in the area because they have amazing staff who love Jesus and create a safe and fun space for children. Grateful for GLC!

  • My son goes to Generations Learning center and we love this school! The teachers are very sweet and attentive. The classrooms are clean and decorated beautifully. Everyone who works there is friendly and seems to really love their job! I know that when I am away from my son he is in a caring, clean and loving place. Highly recommend!

  • We’ve been attending GLC since they opened 4 years ago and they’ve been such a blessing to our family. They truly care about all of the kids and do whatever they can to help them learn and grow for their next chapter. Looking at daycare options is overwhelming and scary but we’ve always felt great about our decision to enroll our boys here!

  • Had a horrible experience at this place and my daughter was traumatized. First of all they allowed other kids to pick on her and they punished her and called her a bad girl. She would come home and have all the signs of trauma. She would act out, not sleep or eat. She would call herself a bad girl, something we NEVER said to her. When we confronted the leaders we were met with rudeness and only advice was to "take our daughter out of the school" this was a quote from the director who is the pastors wife and an apparent Realtor and CPA. Whole in our meeting our oldest daughter was in the room with our 4 yo. Her recounts of the events were horrifying. She told us of a place in chaos where the children were allowed to behave inappropriately without adult intervention. The day After our meeting we recieved an email from this terrible director that our child would no longer be allowed in school and had no time to find alternative day care. The reason given was 1. Failure to pay on time (although our check was in the checkbox) and 2. Parents unhappy with GLC. Wife had to take 2 weeks off work to find a new daycare, we canceled our check but they sent us a refund check anyway. We went to cash it and they had canceled it. This whole thing was unprecedented appalling behavior and retaliatory. We will be going to file a formal complaint.

What is Generations Learning Center's star rating in Tennessee?

What programmes does Generations Learning Center take part in?

The state record lists Certificate Program.

What are the site rules at Generations Learning Center?

The provider reports No Pets, No Smoking/Vaping, Wheelchair Accessible. These are self-reported to the state rather than verified at inspection, so confirm anything your child's health depends on directly.

Does this page show inspection results for Generations Learning Center?

No. Tennessee publishes a report card of licensing citations for each provider, and those are not included here, so nothing on this page reflects Generations Learning Center's inspection history either way. Look the provider up on the state's child care provider map at onedhs.tn.gov and read its report card.
