Beware! Child care was great at first. Then staffing became an issue. It is hard to keep staff when they are not paid well, understood, but it was more than that. My grandson is autistic and a 2yo. He is not difficult once you know his routine. He had been at the school for almost a year. His behaviors were no different than any other 2yo, but they kept switching his class and kids. Her excuse was it's the other kids behaviors? The Director called me in on the last day of school before break, their holiday party. Gave me a choice to take him out of the school or come lunchtime because he is having trouble napping. I told her I would find a new school for him. By the time I got home, she already sent me a message to pick him up and she was calling me. Since he is not coming back back you need to pick him up now. They were having a Christmas party and I brought in a grab bag gift and my grandson couldn't even stay for his party! I didn't care about the grab bag, I was upset that he was going to miss his party.
