  • I’m writing this review to share a very disappointing experience, mainly with the front desk/administration not the teachers. So this happened on a Wednesday, a friend of mine briefly came inside to ask use the restroom. Staff allowed to come in. But on Friday, I was informed that they did not want that to happen again, and I calmly said I understood and agreed. As I walked away to pick up my children, the front desk staff member followed me and spoke to me aggressively, repeatedly asking if I “understood,” and warning me about trespassing remind you this was done in front of another parent picking up there child. I remained respectful, said “okay,” And then when she proceeded to get more aggressively after I already said OK and she said she’s looking out for kids safety. I said they did didn’t nothing wrong to you and I walked out. Because I had to pick up my other children from school. Later that same day, I received a text stating that my children were being terminated for being “uncooperative,” which was confusing and upsetting considering I did not argue or refuse anything. The teachers themselves were amazing, caring, and did a great job with my children. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled by the front desk was unprofessional and escalated unnecessarily. Parents should be aware that children can be dismissed abruptly for reasons that are not clearly communicated. Be aware of Miss Madison she is the one who will be disrespectful To you.

  • The school age has a good system and my son is always happy to be there.

  • This facility does the bare minimum to provide child care. They only lock the front door at certain times of the day. I’ve never experienced a child care facility with such lax security. They had also not notified me that my child was touched in appropriately by another child. I had to call them to discuss it after my child informed me. They do have a pool out back but it is completely disgusting and looks like a literal gator habitat. The amount of food provided to children is the minimum required by the CACFP food program they participate in. They maintain an arbitrary policy requiring a doctors note to bring in outside food. My son lost 2 lbs in a week due to their “nutritious meals”. I would not recommend this business to anyone. For the amount of money they charge there are better facilities in the area that do more to keep your children safe.

  • I have 3 children that have been attending Grandmamas house on tiny town for a few months now. We have been to 3 separate daycares within Clarksville that were suppose to be “highly recommended”. This daycare has been a huge blessing to us. The staff are always friendly, communicative, and genuinely care for the children. I can’t recommend them enough. The first place all 3 of my children are genuinely happy to be in daycare. Definitely puts my momma heart at ease. Just wanted to leave a review since I was that parent that read every review for every daycare. They are truly great and I’m very particular. Thanks for everything you all do!
