I’m so grateful for the care they give my daughter. Leaving her to work is hard, but they make things easier knowing she is safe and cared about.
Kaitlyn WatsonMar 12, 2026My child attended Heritage Preschool for over a year and unfortunately our experience got worse as time went on. Kathy who works in the nursery is great and willing to listen to any requests I had on the care of my child but once my child moved into the next few classes things changed. I rarely knew who was going to be watching my child which created a confusing and inconsistent environment. I had more than one instance where I had to reiterate that my child could not be given certain food. There was a child there who bit mine repeatedly and it took months for any noticeable intervention to take place. In addition my child experienced EXTREMELY short naps almost daily (15 to 30 minutes) or went without one at all. It was a good day if an hour nap was had which caused me to regularly handle a very distraught child from being over stimulated and over tired for the rest of the evening. The turnover was so high while we were there I lost track of peoples names and just prayed the one face I did know was taking care of my baby that day. Though we did experience a few good workers here they regularly got pushed out because of the environment and the management. I would not recommend sending your child here for theses reasons and so many more. Though I expected so much out of this place for being associated with Heritage Church I was sadly so disappointed with the care we received. Please do you research, connect with other moms of the area, read reviews here and on other platforms such as Facebook. Protect your babies.
Lyndsay JohnsonFeb 27, 2026Heritage has done a great job of preparing my child for school. The education and structure are excellent. The teachers do a good job, caring for the kids and provide a culture of safety and nurturing. I recommend without reservation
