Not ever child care is perfect. From my experience with my child, who has been there since 7 months old, they all do their best. Childcare can be very challenging bc they are watching other people's children and I wish people would take that into consideration I know thay my child is loved and cared for while they are there and is always excited to go back.
Tea LoverNov 7, 2025They were not consistent with my child. They would not keep my child in same class. When we asked employees questions, they would give you the run around. Let my child wear wet clothes from pee. Teachers were very rude from my experience. Also noticed they violated a DHS protocol regarding where they had my child placed. I highly recommend going to the DHS website and looking at their violations they have received. Especially regarding leaving children unsupervised and smacking/hitting children
Alyssa ConnorNov 7, 2025If your children are black please do not send them there. I don’t care what they say they most definitely discriminate. They lied on my son kept acting as if he was attacking the kids, but when I asked him what happened it was a totally different story. Most definitely an accident, kids being kids. Also they had forgot to feed my daughter her lunch. After they said I could bring her lunch and they would warm it up. They did not all she ate was chips the entire day. My children have never had behavioral problems at school. Do not send your children of color here.
Mahlon WelchJan 24, 20252023- We thought Keestone would be great for our child but I guess it was not. One thing I did look for in Keestone was “is it diverse”. My child enjoyed the two days she was there and got sick on the third day of the first week of starting. Of course, kids get sick so I kinda knew it was coming. Well I should have known something the second day when another child was sitting across from my child coughing really bad. Of course, they isolate the sick kids from kids who isn’t sick from what I seen with my child since she was sick but didn’t isolate that another sick child who was sitting across from her that day. Overall everyone was generous. The director was a sweetheart and answered any questions we had. I actually liked her. But that same week of starting I got a call from Keestone telling me my child had a fever of 104 and when I picked her up she was standing with her head down on the playground(maybe it was because she wasn’t feeling good) and of course isolated. Just standing by the gate outside while teachers had they conversations like she was in time out for being sick. She wasn’t offered no chair, nothing. That whole scene didn’t sit right with me til this day. But when I went go get her bags, her bags were outside on the floor like someone got put out of an apartment(maybe it’s protocol). Since then she hated going. Also, they put another child’s juice bottle in my child backpack. Before I can turn in it, it was mold all around that cup. I stated “this is not my child’s and please let whoever kids cup it is to let the parent know it has mold in it and on the mouthpiece” I also stated she has her own cup, with her name written all over it. I honestly wanted to throw the cup away, but that wasn’t my place to do that. But since then my child is still feeling sick. Doctor stated her chronic cough had to come from her first time being at this daycare. What scares me is that she drunk from that molded cup thinking it’s hers. 2024- new school for my child and she absolutely loves it, loves her teachers, very very diverse, so many activities. Loves it! But I honestly don’t know what went on in that daycare but she cried and was scared every single time we opened that door that’s why I looked to see was it diverse. Maybe Keestone just wasn’t for my child. *After reading someone else post about don’t send your child to Keestone if they’re black. I agree! They will treat them differently, and it shows. Save your money if you’re African American.
