We love Kids City! My kids have been there for almost 2 years. My 2 year old can count to 10 and can say her ABCs up to G. We certainly did not teach her that at home!!! The teachers are wonderful with my kids and they have made so many friends!
Kaysha BeaversDec 13, 2025Absolutely awful experience. Left my kid crying in the floor. I showed up to pick up my child and no one checked me in nor checked my ID. No one knew I was in the building. I walked the halways to find my child. I finally found him and took him. No one checked to see if I was the father. They also didn't tell us any of the items required to bring with the child. 0 star review. Do not bring your child here. Worst daycare experience of my entire life. Do not sent your child here.
Parker JohnsonApr 12, 2025We have been bringing our little boy to Kid City USA in Columbia for almost two years now, and we absolutely love it! He has grown by leaps and bounds—cognitively, behaviorally, and physically. He’s made some of the best friends, and many of the teachers and staff are truly amazing. We even have one of our favorite babysitters from Kid City! If there’s ever an issue, the staff is quick to address it and find a solution that works best for the children. The supportive environment among both staff and parents makes all the difference. We highly recommend Kid City to any parent looking for a professional, nurturing place for their child to learn, grow, and thrive!
Shina CagleMar 4, 2025My two year old has gone there for a year and my five month old for a month. We love it there! Everyone is great and I do really feel like my littles are taken care of. Also, my two year old knows his ABCs through G.. and it DEFINITELY isn’t because of me 😅😂
Randi McElhaneyDec 3, 2024First off, I want to stress how much we love the teachers. Every single one has been so loving and responsive with my child. I never worry about his safety or that he is not getting attention. However, I am disappointed in how the daycare runs. They are consistently closing early or shutting a class room with little to no notice. They combine classes in the morning in a way that while still technically in ratio, makes it difficult to ensure that all the children actually have the opportunity to eat breakfast. And then today I was handed a stack of papers to fill out for what I understood is a grant that will help them feed the kids (wonderful!), but the lady who gave them to me said that I would need to fill them out if I want the center to "keep feeding my child." I found this wording to be very upsetting. I am sad to say that despite how much I love the teachers, the administrative staff and how the center is running has resulted in me finding a new daycare.
