Kid City USA Lewisburg

This was my first time ever enrolling my babies into daycare, of course I had plenty of options to choose from but I decided to give Kid City a try since they had all new management and employees. My son is two and loves every bit of it, they treat him with so much love. I just recently enrolled my four month old, they adore her I don’t have any complaints! We love Kid City I would definitely recommend to moms that are newbies to daycares. It’s like they make you feel at home.

My daughter started kid city in August. She absolutely loves going there every day. Everyone has been so nice and the teachers make her feel comfortable. She has never come home with a complaint or issue of any kind. The new management is so nice, friendly, and very communicative. We love our "Bee School"

I have two children ages 3 (almost 4) and 18 months. My oldest has been going to this daycare since November of 2023, and my son followed in April of 2024 at 8 weeks old. We have had a lot of different experiences here. Some good, some bad… but I can tell you I’ve never seen this daycare run so smoothly and efficiently than I do now. I have seen very minimal turn over in months, the kids are getting taught curriculum and the staff is very strict with their ratios. I no longer worry about the safety of my children, as I know without a shadow of a doubt that they are being loved and taken care of. My children now enjoy going to school every day. There are no meltdowns or clinging to me. No teacher having to pry them off of me. We went through some growing pains to get to this point, even resulting in us pulling our children out until there was a change in staffing and proven success. April Woodard (owner), Ms. KeLeigh, Ms. Cortney, Ms. Bianca, Ms. Rachel, and the entire staff at Kid City Lewisburg has completely turned this center around and I look forward to many more years of them loving my children. They love these kids and they love what they do. They’re dedicated to making the kids better each and everyday!

My two toddlers started attending this daycare a few weeks ago. So far so good! The director is very involved. She cares a lot about the facility and keeping the parents informed. Communication with the teachers is pretty good. Overall the classrooms are clean and they have a nice size playground outside. I looked at two other daycares in Lewisburg and I’m happy with my decision to enroll them here.

* UPDATED* We have been there for almost 2 years and it's gone downhill so fast. I had transferred my son from #1 location to #2 location after that infamous video that my son was in. Ms. Kaitlyn was amazing, Ms. Randi, and Lonna (I believe that was her name) were amazing! When the roof leaked and they moved back to #1, it went Downhill fast! Ms. Randi left and my son started crying in the mornings not wanting to stay. The kids run wild in the rooms no structure, new teachers every week. Calling me and jeopardizing my job because he is "climbing and running around." They are confined to a room all day with no stimulation or structure. The only one that's been there since he's started is Ms. Wendy. The app isn't utilized. They use to update it through the day for meals, nap, activities. When he first started when Teresa and Lindsey were at #1, all the rooms were full, activities were being done, loved getting pictures from the app of him at day care. It's sad to see it go downhill. ** I was nervous about putting my 2 year old son in a day care. The staff was very nice and helped him transition well. They answer and questions or concerns very quickly. He's learned a lot since going. The facility is clean, the staff is helpful.
