My child has been attending Kids University for three years now. And i am incredibly pleased with the teacher on staff. My child's absolutely loves going there every day; he is always excited to participate in daily activities and have built a relationship with both staff and peers. The supportive environment and the variety of engaging programs provided have played a significant role in my child's life development and overall happiness. It is a relief to know my child is in such capable and caring hands, and I appreciate the dedication shown by the entire team in fostering such a positive learning experience.
Eather SmithJul 2, 2026I had a very upsetting experience with this daycare. My baby, who has medical needs including a G-tube and oxygen, was dismissed after only one day of attending. Instead of trying to work with me or support his needs, they removed him immediately very unprofessionally calling at 8pm when I had class the next morning which I had to miss , even though they said his brothers could still attend. What also concerned me is that for months my baby was being marked as ‘checked in’ even though he had never actually attended because he was in the hospital . I have video and documentation of these conversations, and the whole situation felt completely wrong to me as a parent. The good news is that with patience, support, and real help, my baby is now drinking from a bottle — all he needed was time and someone willing to work with him. This was not a good experience for our family I loved this daycare at first and my 2yr old did as well but you can’t mistreat one sibling !!
Alexius TDec 2, 2025My experience with Kid University has been nothing short of amazing. My son first attended this daycare/learning center at only a few months old, so I was quite skeptical in the beginning. However, after only a few days, my fears went away. My son always comes home happy…and well fed lol. I’m so thankful for all the work they do here to take care of our babies. The staff have great personalities. The Director is very reassuring and if you have any questions or concerns, she will have it taken care of immediately. I receive pictures and notifications each day about my child’s activities. They have truly exceeded my expectations.
Shanice ChapmanSep 16, 2025I can’t say enough good things about Kid University! From the moment my son started, I’ve noticed so much growth and improvement in him. The staff truly cares about the children, creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment every day. He comes home excited to share what he’s learned, and I can see his confidence, social skills, and learning abilities growing each week. It gives me such peace of mind knowing he’s in a place where he is not only cared for but also challenged and encouraged to be his best. I’m so grateful for the love, patience, and dedication the teachers show. Kid University has been a blessing for our family!
Christy GuyAug 19, 2025I want to share my experience with one of your childcare centers. My baby has been at the center since July, but I had to pull him out yesterday. I gave multiple chances, but I was disappointed for several reasons: 1. Unwelcoming employees: The staff did not make us feel welcome, and my baby had four falls in less than a month, resulting in two knots on the forehead and two busted lips. 2. Lack of supervision: The Assistant Director informed me that my baby fell off a mat or cart and hit his mouth while trying to nap. She admitted that she only realized he had busted his lip when changing him, and the teacher did not check on him after the fall. The Director justified the falls by saying that my baby is one and will fall, but I found it unacceptable to have two knots on his head and two busted lips. Additionally, the center was always cold, and my baby was sent home after three days to ensure the center received payment for the whole week. This happened when my baby had a runny nose, but the doctor confirmed it was only allergies. (Multiple times) I was promised weekly pictures of my child, but that barely lasted a week. I also noticed that many family members of the staff worked at the center, and they seemed to prioritize their children over others. We hardly ever received information about what he ate during the week. Either the system was down, the teacher didn't have enough time to input the information, or we just didn't receive it because they didn't feel like it. Overall, I was not satisfied with your center's level of care and supervision.
Calais JamisonOct 9, 2024I brought my son here in desperation for him to learn how to not be afraid to try new foods. I also knew that he needed to be out of his element to fully learn. He needed to be amongst peers. When I toured this preschool, his teacher said things that resonated with me and it reassured me that this was our fit. Within just a month he was writing words, went to potty and learned all sorts of new things. He can read whole sentences and Figures things out so quickly. And the most amazing of all was that eventually he was convinced to try pizza at school. This was a huge leap for us. I went in just thinking he would be getting a boost in what we needed but he got so much more than that. The whole crew cheered him on and rooted every child’s success here. The director, Ms. Johnson, her assistant and both of my sons teachers, Ms. Aliyah and Mr. Davis are phenomenal people. He graduated with the 2023 class and is gearing up for kindergarten in just a couple of weeks and it’s thanks to kids university that he has been able to walk in with confidence.
