  • There are not enough good adjectives out there to describe this place. We had the most wonderful experience and the only reason we had to change was because we moved. Through their app, everyone was incredibly responsive & was so timely with logging my son's day. They truly cared for him, he wasn't just another number or kid at that place, everyone knew him and his little personality traits. They made me feel so unbelievably comfortable dropping him off here 5 days a week while I had to work. If you're in the Lebanon area and are contemplating a daycare, you will not be disappointed with Kid Zone. They'll just every box and ease any concern you have. I'd give higher than 5 stars if I could. We miss them!

  • My experience with Kid Zone has been nothing short of amazing. Since enrolling my child, I have seen such a positive difference in his growth, development, and education. The curriculum is structured, engaging, and truly prepares children to excel. I genuinely feel like he will be far ahead academically and socially because of the strong foundation they are giving him. His teachers are the perfect balance of firm, structured, and caring. They set clear expectations and provide a structured, caring environment where children can thrive. It’s clear that the staff truly care about each child’s success and well-being. The director is absolutely wonderful. She is very involved and always present throughout the building, helping staff and making sure everything runs smoothly. You can tell she is hands-on and truly dedicated to both the children and her team. I cannot say enough positive things about Kid Zone. The communication, professionalism, and quality of education are outstanding. As a parent, it gives me so much peace of mind knowing my child is in a place where he is loved, challenged, and encouraged every day. I absolutely love it here and highly recommend Kid Zone to any parent looking for exceptional childcare and education!

  • My 1 year old daughter loves her teachers and always smiles big upon seeing them each morning at drop-off so they must be doing something right. She is always well fed, changed, and taken care of. Miss Daisy especially gets a big smile out of her everyday. A lot of warmth coming from the teachers in the infant room. They also do some pretty adorable crafts and make a big deal about every holiday, which we love. The daycare has thoughtful additions beyond what’s expected to include things like parents-night-out each month (they’ll watch your kids at night), and hiring Santa during Christmas with a professional photographer (who was very good), included for all kids at no extra cost. The security seems great and I feel safe leaving her each day. She gets sick a lot but I think that comes with any daycare, I see the staff regularly cleaning and doing their best, but she sticks everything in her mouth. I’ve recommended Kid Zone to anyone who asks, I think it’s fair pricing as well for what you’re getting. My only suggestion would probably be to pay my daughters teachers more because they put in serious work 🤍

  • Terrible management, they removed my 2 year old due to “ behavior “ but he’s 2 and a busy body. Well when I went to get him NONE OF THE OWNERS OR ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT was there. Just some family friend name Samantha. ( sorry she messaged me as said she’s administrative assistance) I’ve even requested the video surveillance to have for my records I have it all videos on my phone but I was the official one. If your child is busy and curious DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE! Samantha also proceeds to YELL at me ( she’s standing in front of toddler B class ) as I’m in my older child’s room ( pre k ) about my husband and also says “ what he’s doing makes me look like an idiot “ ( mind you he has two teacher snapchats Miss Bre because she just had a baby and asked about her baby.was because he was sick And two miss savanna a teacher who would send pictures of our children Never a full conversation because I knew about it all since the beginning because we have trust lol) . She is a disrespectful teacher and very unprofessional. I have it ALL of video and they have it ALL on surveillance! They will constantly pick your child out, call and say “ we can’t deal with them “. On the 24th ANOTHER child bit my son and they did a report but no picture. My child today March 6 back is bruised on his back from this. You have 2 teachers watch maybe 10-11 kids but your teachers are too busy on their phones. I’ve heard the teachers yell at them and sit on their butts and do nothing. They called yesterday while me and my husband were working and left a voice mail with me and said we needed to pick him up due to behavior. Then they proceeded to call my husband and say “ someone needs to get him we can’t handle him today” ( we also have that phone call recorded, so if management would like to hear it we can provide that as well ) we have family go get him and AGAIN no upper management was there to explain or for them to ask questions. If you can’t “ handle “ a child you don’t need to work in child care 🙂 . They are NEVER there or in their office up front. This place is a joke.

  • We love Kids Zone! Our little one loves the teachers. Every morning there is a big smile on that little one’s face when we go in. I am so happy we were referred here. The most loving staff works here and they will take care of every kid like they are their own❤️

  • We absolutely love this daycare! The owner and the staff is caring, patient, and truly treats each child like family. My daughter always comes home happy, excited to share what they have done and learned. The facility is clean, safe, and well-organized, and communication with parents is excellent. I have total peace of mind knowing my little one is in such good hands. Highly recommend!

Questions parents ask about Kid Zone

Is Kid Zone a licensed child care provider in Tennessee?

Yes. Kid Zone holds Tennessee licence TN-791, listed as "LICENSED" by the Department of Human Services, Child Care Services in Wilson County. Confirm current standing on the state's child care provider map at onedhs.tn.gov before enrolling.

What is Kid Zone's star rating in Tennessee?

Tennessee publishes no star rating for Kid Zone. A provider without a rating has not been assessed under the Star-Quality programme rather than been rated poorly, and it is licensed and inspected either way.

What are Kid Zone's hours?

The state record lists 6:30 AM-6:00 PM. Tennessee publishes the daily window but not which days it applies to, and hours change without the licence record changing, so call ahead.

What programmes does Kid Zone take part in?

The state record lists Certificate Program.

What are the site rules at Kid Zone?

The provider reports No Pets, No Smoking/Vaping, No Dogs, No Cats, Wheelchair Accessible, Near Public Transportation. These are self-reported to the state rather than verified at inspection, so confirm anything your child's health depends on directly.

Does this page show inspection results for Kid Zone?

No. Tennessee publishes a report card of licensing citations for each provider, and those are not included here, so nothing on this page reflects Kid Zone's inspection history either way. Look the provider up on the state's child care provider map at onedhs.tn.gov and read its report card.
