Started off this daycare was great. My kids main classroom teachers were and are amazing with my kids. They love them and look forward to going to daycare. Within the past two months, this place has severely declined. New staff changes and front office people changing has made it clear there is no communication between staff and admin. In the afternoons when owner/ operators are not present the daycare is in chaos. People and kids all over the place and no one answering the door or phones to even communicate necessary issues with the staff. Even the app they boast about stating that you will get updates on your child is extremely lacking. Teachers never posting on it and then attitude given when asking about updating it more frequently. Lack of clear policy enforcement and definitely not the place to go if you’re a 2 family household because they often try to pin words against the other parent. If front staff got their business in order this place would’ve stayed my kids daycare.
natalie degruyMay 20, 2026My son has been attending Krayola for almost a year now and I have not one complaint. My niece also attended back when she was younger and she loved it as well. The teachers and admin are in constant contact with parents through their app. They have taken extra precautions to make sure kids are singed in and out appropriately. They have plenty of fun things and events for families and they also have their own library. My son loves to go to school every day and all of the teachers love on my baby like I would. 10/10 would recommend this facility.
Savannah ConnellJan 22, 2025Leaving children outside alone in danger is pitiful. I do not recommend this daycare service. You pay these people for them to mistreat and neglect these helpless and clueless young children. They’re only there for the money. They do not care. #SHUTTHISPLACEDOWN
Brianna ArwoodAug 3, 2024Best daycare ever love the staff children and the way the run the daycare I give them a 10 star rating
Latrisha LeeJan 31, 2024Late review but moms should be aware. Probably one of the poorest decisions I made bringing my child here back in November 2022. The signs were there. Then, starting a new job I didn’t have to resources to take him out right away. I was comfortable making the decision because I knew the directors daughter. My child wasn’t here a full month before I took him out. Tour date, maybe 5-8 kids walked passed me going home sick. No one spoke to me until 10-20mins after arrival. The toddler room is very small to hold 10+ kids and 2 teachers. No camera access to parents. Staff is ok but not helpful when a concern is brought up. No response through app or it’s brushed off in person. The assistant teacher was young and left a child unattended on the changing table (yes I was there!) I leaped to hold him. Should have known then not to have my child here!!! My child’s very first day, I get an incident alert not even 3hrs after drop off. He was cared for. After the first incident, came many others. The third, the teacher sounded so dumbfounded. No clue what happened! My child was sent home with a bruised knot on his head and a red mark on his arm. No notification. Ow, No proof of deep cleaning during sick season. My last straw was my child getting bitten. The story didn’t add up. The director tried to convince me it was okay “happens all the time” “kids are kids” “they are learning,” etc.(Like huh?) The day I took him out I had to beg for my child belongings while given the cold shoulder by staff. No one expressed their care for my son. Not even the young lady I knew. Save your child!
