I was really disappointed with how this daycare handled communication. Their printed holiday list for 2025 doesn’t mention any closure in October, but they posted a sign saying they’ll be closed on Monday, October 13 for Indigenous Peoples Day with less than a week’s notice. Both my wife and I work full time, so that kind of last-minute change is a big deal. When I asked about it, I was told that we’re not paying for days attended but for a “spot,” and that if I didn’t like it they could revise the contract at a higher rate. That’s not how you treat new families who are trying to plan around your schedule. Parents need accurate calendars and honest communication. If you rely on dependable childcare so you can work, think twice before signing up here. "No that's not the way it works. You're not paying for days attended. You're paying for her spot at the center. We can revise the contract. It will be a drop in base which is a higher rate, with no guarantee spot. If that's something you guys are interested in. dominick253Oct 10, 2025Mrs. Tracy and her staff are the best! My children love attending this daycare. They are greeted every morning, which makes me as a parent not feel worried when dropping them off. They learn so much everyday from stories and lesson, and most days even come home with arts and crafts. The daycare has a treasure box which rewards the kids at the end of the day for good behavior! I love this because my 5 year old looks forward to “being good” so that he can get the treasure box. Thank you Mrs. Tracy and Kreative Kidets staff for taking great care of my children.

It was like a second home and even years later, Tracy is like family. They were always playing, learning, making friends, and above all, I always knew they were safe and well cared for.

Alexis LewisJan 12, 2021We love Mrs. Tracy and her staff! You can’t beat the quality of care that they give your kiddos. I have used Kreative Kidets for both of my babies from new born to pre school age. They have life long cheerleaders from the staff at Kreative Kids. They also made it very easy for a mom to get back to work. I never had to worry about the love, knowledge, food, or care my babies would receive!!
