La Petite Academy - George Williams

This is the most amazing school, and we feel so blessed to have both of our sons attending (one is in Twos and one in the Preschool classroom currently)! The teachers and administrators here are absolutely wonderful. As a parent, the most important thing about a school is knowing that the people there truly care for your children. The staff at La Petite feels like an extension of our family. The teachers know each and every child by name whether they are in their direct classroom or not and are all extremely welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. In addition to the excellent care provided, La Petite has so many other benefits! They are open all year and have special activities for the kids during the summer and around all holidays. They also offer extracurricular activities throughout the school year, such as dance and sports classes. They utilize a great app that allows parents to stay informed about their child's day and what they are learning, communicate with staff and pay tuition right through the app. Our kids love school thanks to La Petite! Can't recommend them enough!!!

We have been at La Petite almost 3 years. Everyone is wonderful but a huge shout out to the most difficult classroom in the building to Miss Gretchen and Miss Breya- they are the best!! And Teisha and Rebecca and everyone else’s names I am forgetting that works with my child. We appreciate you SO much!!!!

Hands down the best daycare! Moving to a new state was hard enough.. add the stress of finding child care you can trust is daunting. We truly hit the jackpot. My boys have been here two years and absolutely love everything about it. Each and EVERY teacher provides the love, care, and attention my children need. It’s a plus that it opens at 6:30 AND the bus takes my school age child to school. That was a HUGE plus. The daycare has countless fun activities throughout the year: making their own stuffed animals, trunk or treat, donuts with Santa, ice cream for breakfast as a special treat on national ice cream day, the cutest art gallery night composed of all the kids artwork, adorable photos both professional and ones we receive everyday with updates, not to mention we appreciate that you can watch on the monitors to see how much fun the kiddos are having. There is a wonderful outside group that comes in for my little guy to enjoy and take part in sports, dance, and gymnastics. Needless to say we are beyond blessed. We wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

My son has been going to La Petite Academy since he was 3.5 years old, and we have had such a great experience! He is now 5, and it’s been amazing to see how much he has grown and learned during this time. His current teacher, Ms. Armonie, is wonderful — caring, patient, and truly invested in the kids. His previous teachers, Ms. Alysha, Ms. Teshia, Ms. Debbi, and other teachers at school are all equally supportive and nurturing. The school directors are also very kind and approachable, which makes a big difference as a parent. We always feel heard and supported.They also serve good food, which my son actually enjoys, always a bonus! 😊

I grew up a La Petite kid, so when we moved back to the area after a while away I was thrilled we could get our youngest in. The staff is amazing, communication is wonderful. Miss Monie has been working so hard in the Pre K program to set the kids up for success when they start school in the fall. I travel a lot, so I particularly love the room cameras that allow me to check in on my little when he's there, no matter where I happen to be.
