My son has been going here for the last 2.5 years. We absolutely love it here. The staff all know who you are. You aren't just a number to them. Their curriculum is amazing from teaching baby sign, to helping baby learn how to use utensiles, to helping with potty training and counting and ABCs. I genuinely feel like my son is not only having a good time while he's here but he's also learning and that was so very important to me. The campus is secure so I'm not concerned about someone who isnt supposed to be there just walking in. And I'm also not worried about someone walking off with my son. We are going to be so sad when he ages out of the program in order to start Kindergarten, but feel so confident that he will learn everything he needs to start Kindergarten successfully. 10/10 will ALWAYS recommend.
Kayla AndreJun 9, 2026Our family loves Learning Zone! Our little one has been there since she was 6 months old and has thrived with the amazing infant teachers and curriculum at Learning Zone. I love the updates on the app and getting details about the activities and enrichment that they do during the day. Management is very approachable and friendly. Highly recommend!!
Bailee SmithJun 5, 2026Went one day and never came back. My child was put in the 3 year old class.. on the first day, I picked my child up, i was at the classroom door, the teacher was sitting in her chair telling my child, with an annoyed aggressive voice to put away THE PUZZLEEEE. Mind you this is their FIRST DAY. I can’t imagine how she talks to children when they’re having tantrums or in pain. This didn’t sit right with me and I notified the director Ashley who did not really offer much reassurance or resolution. She offered to downgrade my child to a 2 year old class. Hard pass. My child is very advanced and is writing some and learning to read. I wanted my child to go to school to learn more. Not to be treated like a military soldier. 2. I brought my child lunch because I knew he wouldn’t eat what they offer due to tummy issues. Ashley never told this teacher about the lunch I brought. So my child was starving when picked up. On top of that, no one could “find” the food plate I brought. 3. Additionaly, I didn’t bring my child for day 2 and wasnt even called, emailed, nothing. This place does not care about your children. Poor communication. Poor care. Poor everything. I feel sad for the children who attend this place.
Abigail GarciaApr 15, 2026We absolutely love The Learning Zone! Our son receives exceptional care and has reached so many milestones thanks to his wonderful teachers. Every teacher and staff member is caring, attentive, and truly invested in the kids. The environment is warm, thoughtful, clean, and well-organized, and the curriculum is truly unmatched. If you’re looking for the best childcare in Gallatin, look no further—The Learning Zone is the best there is! 🧡
Bethany S.Jan 30, 2026We have had our son enrolled at learning zone gallatin since he was 8 weeks old and have nothing but good things to say! This is our first baby, so the tips and tricks from his teachers have truly made our life so much easier. All of the teachers are fabulous and really care for your child. The procare app is an added bonus! I get the sweetest pictures of my boy every day.
Emily VaughnJan 22, 2026This daycare has gone completely downhill under the new director, Ashley. I’ll be honest, the previous director Lisa wasn’t perfect either. As a matter of fact, I didn’t care for her much at all, but at least the center had some structure and basic order. Since Ashley took over, the turnover rate has been out of control, and it’s painfully obvious in how inconsistent care has become. The basic needs of the children aren’t always being met, and it’s heartbreaking to watch the quality decline so quickly. There’s a serious lack of accountability and no real standard of care in place. This company desperately needs oversight! A full state investigation wouldn’t be out of line given what parents have witnessed. Especially with teachers taking pills and falling asleep on children. To make things worse, some of the 5-star reviews you see here are from employees, including ones who have since quit, and not all for bad either but nonetheless. Which is incredibly misleading for parents trying to make an informed decision. If you truly care about your child’s well-being, look elsewhere. There are much better and safer options out there.

Questions parents ask about Learning Zone Gallatin
Is Learning Zone Gallatin a licensed child care provider in Tennessee?
- Yes. Learning Zone Gallatin holds Tennessee licence TN-316, listed as "LICENSED" by the Department of Human Services, Child Care Services in Sumner County. Confirm current standing on the state's child care provider map at onedhs.tn.gov before enrolling.
What is Learning Zone Gallatin's star rating in Tennessee?
- Tennessee publishes no star rating for Learning Zone Gallatin. A provider without a rating has not been assessed under the Star-Quality programme rather than been rated poorly, and it is licensed and inspected either way.
What are Learning Zone Gallatin's hours?
- The state record lists 6:30 AM-6:00 PM. Tennessee publishes the daily window but not which days it applies to, and hours change without the licence record changing, so call ahead.
What are the site rules at Learning Zone Gallatin?
- The provider reports No Smoking/Vaping. These are self-reported to the state rather than verified at inspection, so confirm anything your child's health depends on directly.
Does this page show inspection results for Learning Zone Gallatin?
- No. Tennessee publishes a report card of licensing citations for each provider, and those are not included here, so nothing on this page reflects Learning Zone Gallatin's inspection history either way. Look the provider up on the state's child care provider map at onedhs.tn.gov and read its report card.
