Learning Zone Lebanon has been an incredible environment for both children and the educators who care for them. Watching my daughter be part of this team has given me a unique perspective into the level of dedication, patience, and heart that goes into every single day. The staff truly embodies what early childhood education should be. Supportive, engaging, and focused on building confidence through hands-on learning. The relationships between teachers, children, and families are genuine, and you can feel that the moment you walk in. It’s clear this is more than a daycare… it’s a place where kids are nurtured, encouraged to explore, and set up with a strong foundation for learning and life. I’m incredibly proud of the work being done here.
Leah RiceApr 9, 2026I would never trust my child here. My child was clearly unwanted, and screamed at by multiple adults. If your child cannot communicate to you their day, do not send them here. The directors did nothing about it, just smiled to your face. [one of which I believe has been fired now] The afternoon ladies seemed great and were the only redeeming part of my child being there and probably the only reason we stay for the time we did. There is hardly anyone ever up front, I was constantly waiting or searching for someone even just to pay tuition. Felt unorganized, under staffed, unsafe, unprofessional, and nothing what they promise.
Mollie LunsfordNov 6, 2025My daughter started at Learning Zone Century City when she was just 3 months old, and we moved to the Lebanon location as soon as it opened. She’s now almost 5, and honestly, sending her here has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for her. I’ve checked out just about every daycare in Lebanon, and nothing has compared to the care, love, and attention we’ve experienced here. Like anywhere, there have been a few ups and downs over the years with staff changes, but ever since Lisa became the director, things have really leveled out. She’s so kind, approachable, and truly cares about the kids and families. I know some of the negative reviews floating around seem to be from former employees who left on bad terms, but from a parent’s perspective, our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. We’ve had so many amazing teachers along the way — Brandi, Malacia, Brooklyn, Janet, Faith, and Jessie, to name a few, and all of them have loved on my daughter like she was their own. Bre is also incredible with the kids and goes above and beyond to make them feel special. I drop my child off every day knowing she’s safe, happy, learning, and loved — and that kind of peace of mind is priceless.
Kelsi PointerAug 9, 2025We have been with LZ Lebanon since the day they opened and previously at LZ Century City. There has been some ups and downs and times when I wasn’t happy but I can confidently say that there is no where else I would want my kids to be. They recently hired a new director and the atmosphere has changed for the better. Ms. Brie, the assistant director is amazing and Ms. Jessie in Pre K 2 is the most caring and wonderful teacher who prepared my son for Kindergarten this year. Many of these negative reviews are from disgruntled ex employees. I would recommend LZ to anyone looking for a place that feels like home for their kiddos.
Kelsey PowellAug 7, 2025We enrolled our daughter in the Lebanon Learning Zone for almost one year. We had a fantastic experience. All of the staff was incredible to both us and our three-year-old. Bri and Ms. Alex, April, Stephanie, Joscelyn, and so many others loved our sweet daughter and took such good care of her. I appreciate that I was updated throughout the day on the Tadpoles Parent app. I could see pictures of my daughter and was told multiple times that I could call anytime I wanted (and I did) and Bri would personally check on my girl and report back to me. They used the STEAM teaching system and are electronic-free, so no screen time. They encouraged my daughter’s independence in potty training, stimulated her social skills and imagination through both independent and structured play, and offered a variety of indoor toys and outside time. Our daughter loved going to class. We left because this was a short-term plan while I finished school. I would recommend this location to absolutely anyone. Cannot say enough good things.
Bailey BlakeJul 1, 2025This learning center in Lebanon is by far the best one in this area. The facility it self is very clean and organized. The classrooms are very well structured for children’s needs. They have very structured curriculums and daily schedules. They provide breakfast lunch and snacks of nutritious based meals daily. They take the kids out multiple times a day (weather permitting ). But the best part of this facility are the people. The staff here are amazing. Not only my daughters teachers that have her daily but every teacher and administrator knows almost all the kids; they are extremely warm and kind to everyone. Walking into this facility everyone is treated like family. I highly recommend this day care to anyone I talk to.

Questions parents ask about Learning Zone Lebanon
Is Learning Zone Lebanon a licensed child care provider in Tennessee?
- Yes. Learning Zone Lebanon holds Tennessee licence TN-604, listed as "LICENSED" by the Department of Human Services, Child Care Services in Wilson County. Confirm current standing on the state's child care provider map at onedhs.tn.gov before enrolling.
What is Learning Zone Lebanon's star rating in Tennessee?
- Tennessee publishes no star rating for Learning Zone Lebanon. A provider without a rating has not been assessed under the Star-Quality programme rather than been rated poorly, and it is licensed and inspected either way.
What are Learning Zone Lebanon's hours?
- The state record lists 7:00 AM-6:00 PM. Tennessee publishes the daily window but not which days it applies to, and hours change without the licence record changing, so call ahead.
What are the site rules at Learning Zone Lebanon?
- The provider reports No Dogs, No Pets, No Smoking/Vaping, No Cats, Wheelchair Accessible. These are self-reported to the state rather than verified at inspection, so confirm anything your child's health depends on directly.
Does this page show inspection results for Learning Zone Lebanon?
- No. Tennessee publishes a report card of licensing citations for each provider, and those are not included here, so nothing on this page reflects Learning Zone Lebanon's inspection history either way. Look the provider up on the state's child care provider map at onedhs.tn.gov and read its report card.
