  • My child is excited everyday when it’s time to go to school. Seeing her light up when she sees the staff warms my heart and gives a great piece of mind. We could not be more happy with the care and development from Learning Zone!!

  • We have both of our children at Learning Zone and cannot recommend it enough! All staff are just wonderful and my kids love going there. They’re learning so much and look forward to going every day! The staff also takes cleanliness very seriously and classrooms are huge so the kids have space. We’ve had less sickness in our house since starting there, which is a huge bonus!

  • Our family has had a wonderful experience at Learning Zone Spring Hill. We enrolled our daughter at 12 weeks old, and she has attended full-time for almost two years until I recently decided to quit my job to be a stay-at-home mom. During her time at LZSH, the teachers and staff have been warm, welcoming, and kind, and they've taken great care of her every step of the way. She's come to love going to "school," and that has meant the world to us as working parents! Also, the times when we have had questions or concerns about how something is being handled, we feel those have been addressed promptly, which is greatly appreciated. All in all, I'd definitely recommend LZSH!

  • Our experience at Learning Zone was unacceptable. In the 90 days our son was enrolled, we experienced repeated issues with basic hygiene, organization, and overall care. Staff mishandled breastmilk bottles to the point where I had to label them myself to prevent reuse. My husband also picked up our son with a pacifier in his mouth labeled with another child’s name, and staff laughed it off instead of addressing it seriously. Our son was frequently moved between rooms, and the environment never felt attentive or personal. The final incident was neglectful. After giving our two-week notice, staff failed to feed our son for nearly four hours despite being clearly told he would need a bottle shortly after drop-off. When I called, Tessa, the director, was professional and compassionate. However, Caitlin Bratton was dismissive, raised her voice, and showed no empathy. She attempted to use, “Miss Melissa has been out because she has pink eye,” as an excuse for why my son was not properly cared for—an inappropriate comment that does not excuse the neglect. Due to both the lack of proper care and the way our concerns were handled, we pulled our son just two days into our notice period because we no longer felt he was safe there. As someone with over 15 years of experience in childcare, I can confidently say this was one of the most disappointing and unacceptable environments I’ve encountered. Choosing this facility was a mistake, and I would not recommend it to other parents.

  • Our family loves learning zone! As new residents of Tennessee we were so happy to come across learning zone for our two year old son. They are great with communication and providing daily accurate updates via procare. There is never a shortage of engaging and interactive activities for the kids to participate in. The staff is warm and do a great job providing care and structure.

  • Everyone has loved on my child as their own from the director and assistant director to all the teachers. We enjoy going to school everyday and most days don’t want to leave. Best place for my little and all littles in the area!
