Management is awful. Parents bringing in kids that are sick (separate problem) and they don’t send them home. This causes not only kids, but staff to get sick too. Management should not allow this to happen- it’s a health risk for everyone involved.

I rarely write reviews but something just been telling me to. If you plan on bringing your child here I highly recommend. My son started here a little after his 2nd birthday and I truly wish I could’ve been put him into this daycare. I have literally no complaints I trust them with my son and that’s something that took me a very long time to do. The teacher in his class is the best with him he be ready to go to this facility every morning and also it’s very big. I have viewed a lot of different daycares and they look very boring and closed in, not this one. But just take my word you won’t regret it!

As a parent, I understand how difficult it can be to entrust your child to someone else’s care, but I can honestly say that our family has had nothing but positive experiences since our daughter started. From the very first day we brought our daughter to you at just 6 weeks old, we’ve been consistently impressed by the kindness, politeness, and professionalism of every staff member. The care that you provide is truly nurturing, and it’s clear that everyone at the Daycare genuinely love the kids. Your administration team has also been fantastic. They’ve always been responsive, accommodating, and made the entire process seamless, whether it’s arranging for care, answering our questions, or managing any administrative needs. Our daughter has thrived in your care, and it’s clear that she loves spending her days with your staff. We couldn’t be happier or more grateful for the warmth and dedication you’ve shown her from the very beginning. In short, we absolutely love using Livingstone, and we recommend it wholeheartedly to any parent looking for a safe, loving, and professionally managed daycare. Very pleased with Livingstone Early Learning Center!! I recommend this center to anyone in need of child care. We’ve been going here for 5 years (before Dr. Lori took over) and are about to have our third child enter through their doors. As with any transition of ownership, there were some hurdles for staff and/or families to overcome (staffing, adjusting to new policies, etc.), which most likely accounts for any negative past reviews, but I am here to say I am so happy we stuck it out and don’t let those reviews deter you! The center is both fun and educational for the kiddos and there are opportunities for parent involvement and input as well as yearly family outings. You can tell Dr. Lori values the WHOLE family. The staff and teachers are always smiling and give my daughter a genuine greeting each day. I’ve also always been able to get in touch with teachers or management in a timely manner whenever I needed anything which is super important to me. If you want exceptional and transparent care where you and your child are more than a number, you’re looking at the right place!

I can't say enough great things about Livingstone Early Learning Center. My daughter has been going to this center for 4 years now, and started when it was Westside Christan Academy. Since Dr. Lori has taken over the center I am so pleased with how it is being ran. My 8 month old daughter has also been going here since 3 months old and I am happy to say I feel so at peace with the care she receives. Ignore the negative comments, as sadly you can't please everyone. I would 10/10 recommend this childcare center.
