What a special gem of a place. We moved to TN when my daughter was 4 and we’re so fortunate to have found this beautiful school. It’s in a large space with greenery everywhere and the sweetest play scape Looking back, we just wished we had a few more years here!! The teachers are so dedicated. The facilitates are clean and kept up to all the codes. Security is taken seriously and we have a guard on site at all times. And the director Ms Beth truly listens to families and does what she can to make sure everyone is happy. Each week the kids get added enrichments from soccer shots, to Spanish and Hebrew! And this is something that stood out to us- there were so many non Jewish families part of the Micah family. All are welcome and the community here is amazing. There is a new parent association working hard to build more community and find ways to give back to the school and teachers. Now to our pre k experience- if you are lucky to have Ms Amber as a teacher, then you have hit a home run. My daughter ended pre k beyond ready for kindergarten and beyond. We are so grateful and could not recommend more.
Leslie WolfeJun 3, 20261. Piece of mind. Over 6 years of having my kids at Micah the teachers and director have again and again demonstrated their trustworthiness. Turnover is low and the teachers are genuine and caring. 2. Nature and enrichment- access to nature through the field, gardens, and playscapes during a long day has been so wonderful for our children and makes driving a little further out of the city worth it. Music, art, movement are formally and informally a part of each day. 3. Model of education- a mix of a structured schedule to provide security and calm along with lots of indoor and outdoor free play 4. Community- we have made lots of family friends through events, birthday parties etc.
Andrea BodniowyczSep 26, 2025The most wonderful preschool you will ever experience! Both of my daughters attended Micah and absolutely loved it. The teachers and administrators are loving, experienced and kind and the community of parents is wonderful. We made our best friends in this community and it made Nashville feel like home for us for years. The kids enjoy many enrichment programs and learn SO much through play. You will not regret choosing Micah :)

The teachers and administrators care deeply about the children and prepare them with the social and academic skills needed to thrive when they leave. Such a great school!
Nicolas FrankAug 19, 2025Our family has had a wonderful experience at MCA. Our daughter has been going there since she was 1 and has grown so much in the year she has been there. We love how hands-on the kids get to be in art, gardening, and music. Her teachers are so compassionate, patient, and have really developed a bond with her. We love getting the photo updates about what she's learning every day and are so excited they are now offering Spanish classes! Nothing but high praise from this parent about this wonderful school!
