We’ve had such a great experience at Mill Creek Country Day School! The staff is so caring, and it truly feels like a safe, loving environment. Ms. Cindy is absolutely the best. I always know my daughter is in good hands. We’re so grateful for the care they provide and highly recommend Mill Creek!
Jessica ArnoldMar 25, 2026I was on the waiting list here for over a year. The month after I got pregnant he got put onto the wait list. Two months before he was supposed to start, I would call and ask to speak to the owner Kay about his start date. Every week she would either be on vacation, or couldn’t answer the phone. When I spoke with the assistant about giving me a run around for three weeks straight she replied, “people here just keep getting pregnant all the time.” Completely unprofessional. This establishment is outdated, rude, lacking in time management skills, and has the worst communication skills I have ever seen. I wouldn’t send my dog to this daycare “learning center”.

Eunice KalDec 15, 2023As an assistant teacher who has worked at multiple daycares, I highly recommend this daycare. If you’re looking for caring professionals who have a heart for children, this is the daycare you’re looking for!! Kay and all the other staff members are so sweet and nice. You can tell everyone has a heart for taking excellent care of children. Although I do not have any children myself and I’m just one of the staff members here at the daycare, I would most definitely send my child to this daycare! I trust everyone with how awesome they tend to the children and form those vital relationships between the children and their parents! The front door has a code you have to type in to get into the front doors so it’s very safe and secure and the playground is an awesome place for exploration. Every classroom is up to code with doors to exit in case of emergencies and they have an emergency exit plan for all classes posted. This is a very safe and secure environment for all ages! As stated before, I highly recommend Mill Creek as a place for your child to grow and develop!

Now a junior at Bryan College in Dayton, TN, his first experience with a classroom began at Mill Creek. His Mother and I are proud to recommend the program there to anyone. Thank you Kay!
