Booked more than 24 hours before date I was looking for my child (2 yr old) to stay. Received booking confirmation yet wasn’t directed I needed to complete registration. Upon arrival there was zero children and two staff members present. When one staff member was searching our information she could not find it, upon calling a manager she realized I had not registered. While attempting to register online on my phone she was going to play with my daughter, the other staff member Sonia was repeatedly very passive aggressive. Making comments like we were about to close, she needs to register before she gets hurt, repeatedly trying to say to a 2 yr old she could not play. This irritated me the moment because why do you keep repeating yourself when she clearly does not understand the rationale and is being engaged to play by the other staff member. I ignored her comments while trying to complete the registration. When attempting to submit to the next page the system would not allow me to move forward, the staff member who was playing with my daughter called the manager again stating whatever issue that has previously happened was happening again. I asked was there paper forms I could complete because I was about to be late to my back to school night event. I stressed respectfully and calmly that this should have been flagged in the system before the manager confirmed my booking. As their site ask you to wait for confirmation after booking. Sonia giving me the paper work keeps stating I’m not taking no kid without registration because the staff member on the phone with the manager was relaying I could fill out the information and skip the pediatrician section. At this point I felt uncomfortable leaving my child in Sonia’s care because she had a very rude attitude. It was clear she was upset she wasn’t getting off work early when they are listed to close at 9pm. I said you know what forget it because I didn’t ask you keep her without registration however you have been rude this entire time and I will not leave my child with you. I grabbed whatever paperwork had my information on it and left. I am an educator and would never speak towards parents or a child the way I was spoken to by the staff today. Parents don’t just randomly choose to leave their children with strangers it is most likely a last resort and I left feeling like I had no option but to bring my child to work with me to ensure she was staff and treated fairly.
Chelsey BessetteJul 29, 2026My son loves this place. I started taking him in January around 4.5 yrs old and he regularly asks to go back and play with the other kids. A great option to drop off your kid and have them burn some energy. I've taken him around 6-10 times since the first time and plan to keep taking him back. Its been a game changer for us when we need a last minute option to entertain him or take a break for ourselves.
MARIA SIMMONSMar 22, 2026My 2 and 5 year old love it and sometimes the 11 year old goes with them too. They love it. Very convenient for date nights and errands/meetings.
T CannonOct 27, 2025I went in today to drop my daughter off for the first time. When i walked in there was only one girl at the front checking out another child. I asked if she was the only one working and she said no her coworker was in the back taking out trash. When the coworker walked back in she came in from an exterior door. While she was outside there was nobody attending to the 4 other children. I was waiting up front for at least 5 mins before the other teacher came back inside and she didnt even wash her hands when coming back into the room. I ended up not leaving my daughter there and will not return.
Kara SulejmaniMar 28, 2025Staff was very professional and extremely kind. The place was clean and the facility looks amazing. Brought my two year old for a few hours and he had a blast. Would definitely recommend. 🙂
Kayla HaynesJun 15, 2024My children loved it here. The staff is friendly and is great with children. I'll be bringing my sons (1 and 4 years old) back! This is a great place if you need a quick, reliable, responsible caregiver while your run errands or do some self care. 😉

Questions parents ask about Music City Kids Club
Is Music City Kids Club a licensed child care provider in Tennessee?
- Yes. Music City Kids Club holds Tennessee licence TN-22, listed as "LICENSED" by the Department of Human Services, Child Care Services in Davidson County. Confirm current standing on the state's child care provider map at onedhs.tn.gov before enrolling.
What is Music City Kids Club's star rating in Tennessee?
- Tennessee publishes no star rating for Music City Kids Club. A provider without a rating has not been assessed under the Star-Quality programme rather than been rated poorly, and it is licensed and inspected either way.
What are Music City Kids Club's hours?
- The state record lists 8:00 AM-12:00 AM. Tennessee publishes the daily window but not which days it applies to, and hours change without the licence record changing, so call ahead.
What are the site rules at Music City Kids Club?
- The provider reports No Smoking/Vaping, No Pets, No Dogs, No Cats, Wheelchair Accessible. These are self-reported to the state rather than verified at inspection, so confirm anything your child's health depends on directly.
Does this page show inspection results for Music City Kids Club?
- No. Tennessee publishes a report card of licensing citations for each provider, and those are not included here, so nothing on this page reflects Music City Kids Club's inspection history either way. Look the provider up on the state's child care provider map at onedhs.tn.gov and read its report card.
