I can’t say enough good things about this daycare! From the moment we walk in, I feel completely at ease knowing my children are in such caring hands. Every staff member treats my kids like their own, showing them so much love, patience, and attention. It means so much to be able to drop them off each day without a single worry. The environment is always positive, safe, and full of learning and laughter. I’m so grateful for the amazing team that takes care of my babiesthey truly go above and beyond every day!
Babie gallowayOct 16, 2025Front desk is very uneducated about helping with the process.. No desire to help with the process took $100 of my money and refused to watch my child .., Highly recommend finding a place other than this place. Their business ethics are very questionable. I wouldn’t trust them with your kid.

Madison SolomonJul 26, 2024I went for a tour of this facility a few weeks ago in an attempt to find a daycare closer to my home. I was in TOTAL SHOCK at how filthy the classrooms were. Toys scattered literally everywhere, kids walking around barefoot, a girl that looked to be 3 or 4 years old shrieking, screaming, and running around in the infant classroom around the babys cribs. At one point, she even tried to climb on the side of a crib with an infant asleep inside. The wallpaper in the hallways had been peeled off of the walls in several spots, and the lighting in the classrooms was very dim and depressing. It truly felt like I was in a haunted house and I couldn't get out of there quickly enough! My tour guide alao took me outside to their rubber floored playground and proceeded to tell me that above 34 and below 94, they would be outside there for playtime and that "the only downside is the burns they get when the rubber gets hot". WHAT!? The young girls working the desk in the lobby were also on their phones the entire time. I would be terrified to send my worst enemy's children into a place like this. I would honestly quit my job before I'd send my kid here. Not worth the risks. They need to be investigated and I'm very welcome to a response as to why they're allowing the things they are and getting by with it. Those poor children.
Fballer7573Jul 19, 2024My 2 children ages 1 and 2 at the time attended this daycare of about a month. We were told that if our child was to show up with a sneeze or cough they would not be able to stay. Yet the employees who have their children with them at work were allowed to bring their children when they had a fever and coughing all over the place. On top of this when we signed up we explained that my wife who worked in Farragut might be a minute or two after 6 pm occasionally because of the sheer traffic on maynardville pike and I40. First time my wife showed up at 6:04pm due to an accident blocking the street the daycare was on they charged us a late pick up fee. I 3ould not recommend my worst enemies children attend this daycare.
Shewcrew TabletSep 6, 2023The teachers are nice, and that's the only reason I gave them a star. They are not willing to work with your child if they misbehave. My child never spit before he started there, and all of a sudden took up spitting. This is the reason he was dismissed from the center. They could not "Take the spitting". Also, my child is non verbal and has a hard time communicating. Another reason he was dismissed was for "unable to communicate and does not make eye contact". FIRST they tried to dismiss him without even notifying me of his behavior. After I argued and advised that NOT ONE TIME WHEN I PICKED UP WAS I ADVISED OF MY CHILDS MISBEHAVIOR, they agreed to give him one more week of "probation". That Monday when I picked him up, they of course said he misbehaved and will no longer be able to attend the center. These are CHILD CARE providers, and they cannot handle toddlers apparently. Unless your child is an absolute angel and never does anything wrong I would NEVER advise you send your child here.
