We've been genuinely impressed with the daycare. It's clear the staff genuinely cares; they treat our little one with the kind of attention and affection you'd expect from family. Their honesty and openness in all our communications have been refreshing. It's comforting to know our child is in such caring hands.
Leanne TenryFeb 3, 2024If it were not for some shinning stars here it would be a one. Our kid was there since about 18 months. The teachers were great and worked really well with the kids. Once our kid reached an age of testing boundaries things changed. She was definitely doing some things uncharacteristic of her at home and not acceptable. I was getting a phone almost every day to come and get her. This was happening for WEEKS! It was super stressful. It was made to seem like our kid was the “bad” kid. Then we see all the other reviews with similar experiences. We talked to our 4 year old and it was noted that the teachers raised their voice a lot. At one point it was noted she would be kicked out if things didn’t change. Then it seemed like a surprise when I told them she was leaving. She’s in a new school now and is THRIVING under teachers instruction/supervision and not a single “outburst” has occurred since leaving NAA.
Amy galDec 13, 2023We love New Adventures Academy! All the teachers there have been great with both of my kids. Sarah has always been very understanding and helpful with anything I have questions on. I would definitely recommend this daycare for anyone needing childcare.
Erin BeasleyOct 18, 2023I highly recommend New Adventures Academy without any reservations. I personally know the Owner and the Director and some of the teachers. I can assure you that your children are well taken care of and are safe. My grandchildren attend there. There is a security keypad to enter either of the buildings and only the parents and employees have access codes. They also provide cameras so that you can check on your little ones whenever you want. If they have an opening and you are looking you should take it. :)
Kim FerrellOct 18, 2023I have seen the most recent poor review of this establishment. I can definitely tell you this is an amazing daycare. The owner and all of the staff are amazing. My son is sometimes one of those kids that is a little troublesome yet they treat him amazing. They always are trying to find a way to make the experience for each child the best it can be. Very grateful my son has such wonderful teachers at such a young age.
Ben CozzoneAug 12, 2023We love New Adventures Academy! My first son was there from 8months old until he started Kindergarten this week. Currently, I have my youngest in the toddler class, he’s been attending since he was 3months old. Sarah is a wonderfully communicative owner. She’s very focused on providing a safe environment for all the children. I have always appreciated the video access to my child’s room so that I can check on them whenever I have a moment to spare at work and I’m thinking about them. My kids have loved their time there and we are so grateful for them!
