  • Like many first-time parents, we were a nervous wreck about sending our 5-month-old daughter to school for the first time. We looked at so many places, but when we toured Primrose we felt an immediate connection to the staff and trusted that they would be the best fit for our family. When our daughter is dropped off in the morning, I have mental peace knowing that she is safe and well cared for. She absolutely loves her teachers, and we love getting all of her pictures and updates throughout the day. My expectations have been exceeded over the past few months, and we look forward to her (and any future siblings) being at Primrose for years to come!

  • This is truly an outstanding place to nurture and educate your little ones. The warm, welcoming environment made a remarkable difference—my child was fully potty-trained during his time here, thanks to the caring and attentive teacher. She not only supported him at school but went above and beyond by providing valuable home tips, making the process much easier for our family. Over the nine months spent here, I watched my little one flourish emotionally, socially, and intellectually. The positive changes in his communication skills and confidence were incredible. Although we had to relocate, I would wholeheartedly recommend this center to any parent. The extra drive was always worth it because I saw my child thrive in every way.

  • We are loving the daycare experience at PSOH. This is our first child, and you can feel how much the whole staff cares for her and how well she is taken care of. She loves going to daycare and is doing wonderfully there. She started at 3 months old and at 13 months old she is still loving it. She gets excited every time she arrives there! Safety: all doors are locked and you need a special app and code to have access to them. They also have an open door policy. Staff: very friendly, professional, and know your child by name. They are always happy to answer any questions! Menu: great food options with healthy and developmental appropriate food. My baby started eating from the menu while in the infant 2 class. She eats better at school than at home. That is how good it is! Communication: it is great, and we receive lots of updates throughout the day. My favorite part is receiving pictures of her during the different activities they do throughout the day. We receive regular emails with calendar updates and reminders. It's very helpful. Drop-off and pick-up: flexible hours, which works great for us! We couldn't be happier with our daycare choice. We highly recommend PSOH!

  • Truly cannot say enough great things about the entire staff and teachers at primrose. Both of our children were loved, cared for and excelled academically. Both were ready for kindergarten and were prepared for their next steps! Safety: great security systems on the front doors. Staff knows the parents and children by name. Food: the menu is fantastic- my very picky children tried new foods and this momma didn’t have to think about packing lunches / snacks every morning. Teachers: truly cared about the children, have longevity with primrose and took pride in their classroom Communications: great apps and timely emails to keep you updated on your child. Perks: parents night outs once a month where you can bring your children for a minimal price and have a little date night!

  • My son just started Primrose 3 months ago and it has been nothing short of an amazing experience. My son wakes up everyday excited to go to school and that wasn't happening at his previous school. The front office staff has been really good about communicating on everything and the teachers in the classroom are some of the best we have ever had. We also really like the fact that they provide lunch and snacks where some of the other places do not. If you are in the Hendersonville/Gallatin area I don't think that you can find a better pre-k than Primrose in Hendersonville.

  • My 20 month old twins have been at Primrose for one year and we have had the BEST experience. We love the family friendly environment and really feel that the teachers, as well as the directors, deeply care about our children. The facility and playground is very well kept and the rooms have great age appropriate toys. Every day when I pick up my children, I am greeted by a friendly face and they always offer to help me to my car. Even though it is very hard to be away from them, it is a blessing to know that they are in such great hands. 100% recommend Primrose Hendersonville!!
