  • Noticed quite a few changes in the teaching staff, and while the space is on the smaller side, my primary concern is the parking situation. It feels like a safety issue waiting to happen and could potentially create liability problems. I’ve also found that the owners have been quite firm and unwilling to negotiate or make adjustments on any matters.

  • Wonderful staff! After a tough drop-off where my child had a meltdown, the directors personally reached out to reassure me, which meant so much. They let me know my child was happy and playing just 15 minutes later, which really eased my mom heart. The care and communication here are truly outstanding.

  • Primrose and it's attentive, thoughtful team have exceeded all our expectations as parents. As a first-time parent, it can be difficult sending your child to any school, but Primrose has put us at ease each step of the way. Would highly recommend Primrose to friends and family!

  • I’m a first-time mom, and starting daycare was a big transition for us — but Primrose has been incredibly supportive. Ms. Dayza, Ms. Teryn, and Ms. Tatiyana were all kind, communicative, and quick to address our concerns. Ms. Sandy made me feel completely safe trusting my son with her, and my husband loves our classroom teachers, Ms. Gab and Ms. Holden. We’re very grateful for the care and support our family has received and recommend them highly 🧡

  • My child has been going to Primrose since he was 1 years old. By far, my favorite teacher there has been Ms. Teryn. Ever since he started in her class, she has made him feel welcome and safe. She's always warm, patient with the kids, and full of positive energy. My son learned so much while in her class and looked forward to seeing her every morning.

  • We have absolutely loved our time at Primrose Midtown! From day one, our daughter felt welcomed and supported, and she adjusted so quickly thanks to the incredibly kind and caring teachers. It truly feels like they are part of our village, and we’re so grateful for the love and guidance they show every day.
