  • My child went from age two to five. I am very thankful for this school! The main thing is I always felt safe with them! I do not trust everyone with my child but I really trusted them. And by the middle of the first year my daughter was just potty trained out of the blue! I was amazed as I did nothing to potty train her, it was all Primrose! The only thing I would caution parents of is they tend to switch kids around a lot to different classes during the year. They did it each year to my child and for us it was okay until she turned 4. Then the switching was like 3 times that year and they switched her away from her close friends and it did not have a good affect on her. She got sort of depressed for a bit. They would tell me things like "well it is for the best she learns change" and things like this. It never made sense why they did it. Also do not expect your child to be super ready for Kindergarten. Our daughter barely knew her ABC's when she left Primrose, and so we had to send her to a tutor that summer to catch her up with all her curriculum she was sadly behind on. Proud to say she just graduated Kindergarten at the head of her class grade at a super advanced level , in some areas she is actually gifted but that was from intervention from a tutor unfortunately (summer before she started Kindergarten...she did not even know how to count to 10! So Primrose is not the best prep school for starting Kindergarten)That was an issue overall in one class due to several parents in that class discussing that all our children were behind. But for fun and safety, this is a GREAT place for your child!

  • This school is a home away from home. I love the staff and all of the teachers. Mrs Chrissie is down to earth and is absolutely wonderful. I picked my child up today and he said, "mom, can I stay a little longer at school" we are so happy here. We have been happy for over 3 years here.

  • We have had such a wonderful experience with Primrose for our son’s Kindergarten year. The classroom is always bright and inviting, with colorful, engaging bulletin boards that are updated regularly and reflect the kids’ learning and creativity. One thing we really appreciate is the relaxed learning environment. It strikes a great balance—encouraging academic growth while still allowing kids to be kids, explore, and enjoy their day. It’s also incredibly convenient that all supplies and meals are included in the tuition, which makes daily routines so much easier for our family. Most importantly, the staff is consistently friendly, caring, and welcoming. It’s clear they genuinely enjoy working with the children and create a positive atmosphere every day. We’re very grateful to be part of the Primrose community!

  • We absolutely adore this school—the culture, the staff, and the genuine care and respect that so clearly exists throughout the community. Every teacher and staff member seems to truly love the work they do, and it’s evident how deeply they care about the students and the school community. It feels safe, warm, and supportive, which is exactly the kind of environment we want for Ferris. We have never once questioned our decision.

  • We love everything from the staff to the intention curriculum and how much we can tell our child is loved there and loves being there. Not to mention how much we feel like she is learning every single day! The peace of mind of all of this combined makes us recommend Primrose Spring Hill to everyone we know!

  • Primrose Spring Hill is truly the best! My son started there at just 6 months old and is now thriving in their Pre-K program. Throughout our time at Primrose, we’ve been blessed with so many wonderful teachers — Ms. Sara, Ms. Reeves, Ms. Jones, Ms. Amy, Ms. Newland, Ms. Mac, and Ms. Bryan — each of them has been incredible. They’ve all shown such genuine care, love, and nurturing toward my son, and we couldn’t be more grateful. The front desk staff is just as amazing. Every single one of them greets you with warmth and treats you like family from the moment you walk through the doors. I would recommend this school to absolutely anyone. It’s been the most wonderful environment for our child.
