Rainbow Kidz Child Care Center

I went to Rainbow when I as a child and now my children attend here. I know that when I leave them they are well-cared for, loved and safe. I can tell they are learning something new everyday too.

We love it here. I love the transparency and feel my children couldn’t be at a safer childcare because I am able to see my children via cameras while I am away. My children have actually cried to stay at school when it’s time to leave LOL. They love this school.

My kids were here in 2012. My son was being bullied by the bus driver and students. My babies who were 1 and 2 were not being fed or allowed any fun or educational learning activities. Final straw was when my son told me the teacher directed a young lady to spit on him when he told the teacher he did nothing wrong to her. He was in kindergarden. That was the most degrading thing to me. Even if he did something wrong that was not the correct form of discipline. I addressed the issue with director and she handled the situation very nonchalant. The accused teacher was allowed to deny alligations with a smile on her face. I was told that the child in question was gone and that they would addressit with her parents. After 2 days i continue to press if anyone had asked the other child what happened and the director said no. I felt like that nothing was being done. So I called DHS while in the process of finding another daycare. After the surprised visit the director called me and kicked my children off out the center because she felt she couldnt trust me hmph..how ironic!!! Although I had to miss days of work I was fine as long as I knew my kids were protected with me. Anyway I recommend Happy Times to anyone. Although its been years since my situation my child is still haunted by this and Im still persuing justice!!!!!!!!!

My seven year old daughter went to this center it was absolutely horrible. Very ghetto first of all! I work very late and when I get off I'm unable to help with my daughter'wks homework so I left it up to Rainbow Kidz. Homework was never getting done so I called up there to talk about it. I was told that their not obligated to help with homework and it s an option. I'm thinking a good childcare center would want to help! End of story is she said my kids cannot come back to the center and I had to miss several days out of work because this childcare center did not wanna help my child with her homework. They should be closed or hire new professional people who actually care about kids. YES THESE OTHER GOOD REVIEWS ARE A LIE!
