  • Due to the great reputation this center has, we enrolled our 2.5-year-old in December of last year. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected, and we decided to withdraw her after less than six months. Despite several conversations with the director and front office, we never felt our concerns were truly addressed. If I had to describe our experience in three words, they would be chaotic, unorganized, and disappointing. We ultimately made the decision to leave because we felt there was a level of neglect. Our daughter was sent home in soiled diapers multiple times each week, and she often came home wearing other children’s clothes. Items would disappear from her cubby and never be found. One day I arrived to find her in someone else’s shoes, untied and on the wrong feet. It might seem like a small thing, but to me it spoke volumes about how little attention was being paid to the children. One of the last weeks we were there, I witnessed children behaving inappropriately while the two teachers in the room were deep in conversation. When I brought it to their attention, they brushed it off instead of addressing it with urgency. The final straw came on our last day. During pickup, I saw a child get popped on the head by the lead teacher in my daughter’s classroom—while my child was standing right there watching. The teacher immediately apologized, saying the child was her own, but regardless, it was completely inappropriate. I reported the incident to the director, but the teacher gave a conflicting account. At that point, I decided to pull my daughter immediately. My gut told me I couldn’t trust the level of care being provided. There was little consistency in staffing—my daughter never had a stable teacher, and the classroom environment was always rowdy and unstructured. I frequently saw children running, climbing on tables, and general chaos during drop-off and pickup times. The facility itself was not very clean, with crumbs and food on the floor and an entryway that often needed sweeping. While the director and front office staff were kind and personable, the same could not be said for the classroom teachers. My daughter began exhibiting concerning behaviors—both hitting and being hit by other children—and while I initially chalked it up to her age, I now believe some of it stemmed from what she was exposed to at this center. She enjoyed going each day, but I suspect that was due to the lack of structure rather than the quality of care. Overall, this experience was deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend this center based on what we encountered.its more expensive for less impressive care. Thankfully, we have found a center elsewhere that we absolutely love!

  • My son attended the pre school classes part time Tuesday and Thursday each week since the summer of 2024. We were so happy we chose Spotlight! The teachers are amazing and the curriculum did focus a lot on getting him Kindergarten ready.

  • Spotlight has been more than just a brief stop in our lives it has been a place of deep learning and growth. Although my son went through challenging times and moments of uncertainty, we were able to overcome them, thanks to the dedication and passion of so many teachers. I am truly grateful to each and every teacher who never gave up on him and continued to embrace him with unwavering care and belief. He will carry the love he received here in his heart, and that warmth will give him the courage to move forward with confidence. The bright and meaningful moments he experienced during his early years at Spotlight will remain a lasting source of strength and inspiration throughout his life.🧡🙏

  • I had two children attend Spotlight, and we experienced everything from the infant room to the toddler and Pre-K rooms; we truly loved it! All the teachers and admin were amazing. I always felt confident that my children were cared for and genuinely loved. They supported it all from early milestones like rolling over and sitting up to bigger ones like potty training, counting, and even beginning to read. If we hadn’t relocated out of state, my kids would absolutely still be there. Spotlight will always hold a special place in our hearts. It was a safe place where my babies laughed, learned, and grew a little more independent each day.

  • This daycare is the best! It's so loving and fun for the kids. My girls have been going since 2020 and 2023, and the staff genuinely cares. They do awesome activities that help them learn and grow. It's amazing how much my daughter has developed. They're really dedicated to great care.

  • Spotlight is amazing! The staff - classroom leaders and co-leaders, the front desk staff, and management are all amazing. Our son has attended for about a year, and I just cannot say enough good. They do art projects, play, follow a curriculum, and are in general just great with kids! We love Spotlight!
