  • We loved SHAP! Our son has grown and learned so much from personal growth to his faith. He will be entering kindergarten and can read and do entry math skills as well as cursive and sentence writing. We’re so grateful for the teachers and staff- they really put us at ease with taking care of our son.

  • In short, we could not have asked for a better preschool experience for our daughter. She attended two years at SHAP and I couldn’t come up with a single complaint if I tried. I believe that fostering a love of learning at an early age is more important than the actual curriculum itself, and SHAP succeeded at both in ways well above our expectations. The teaching is rigorous, but fun, and our daughter thoroughly enjoyed her time there. She was frequently excited to get ready and go in the morning, and also excited to tell us about what she learned when we’d pick her up each day. She’d often sing songs for us that she learned at school, and she met the majority of her closest friends there. One day, while we were getting her ready for bed, she randomly decided to recite the 23rd Psalm for us. Our jaws hit the floor - we had no idea she was even learning this, and she nailed it, word for word. Similar stories happened on a very regular basis. We could not have been happier with the staff, as well. All the teachers quickly learned our daughter’s name and would be quick to greet her and engage with her the moment we walked in the front door each day. Even the assistants knew her and were extremely friendly and welcoming. At one point, the kids were accidentally shown a cartoon that had some not-so-Christian depictions of family structure (the episode they watched was not problematic, but the show did have other episodes that were). I brought it up to admin and they thanked me for the information and pulled that cartoon from rotation. I was very impressed with how they handled the situation. From an administration standpoint, we never once had any problems with extra charges, hidden fees, etc. Everything was transparent and we knew exactly what to expect every week. We felt that tuition was very fair, especially considering the high quality of education provided. Our daughter is now entering Kindergarten, and had one of the highest initial placement scores of the entire grade. I believe this is in no small part due to the outstanding education she received while at SHAP. If I could give SHAP 6 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. I could write pages about all the positive aspects of this preschool, but for the sake of brevity, I’ll leave it at this - we believe the education and experience a child receives during his/her most formative years are more important than almost anything else, and in this regard, we don’t believe we could have chosen a better preschool for our daughter.

  • We have been at SHAP for almost a decade, from infant classrooms to kindergarten, and have LOVED every teacher. We could not ask for better caregivers that our kids fell in love with. Every teacher was a dream and we will miss them dearly. My son will also go into kindergarten reading fluently with their help!

  • This school holds such a special place in our hearts! My son recently attended and I loved how closely the staff and I worked together to keep him engaged, learning, and behaving well. He grew so much during his time there. He still talks about his teachers and friends all the time. What makes it even more meaningful is that my brothers also attended when they were young, so it truly feels like a trusted part of our family’s story. I’m so thankful for the love, care, and faith-filled foundation this school provides.

  • Five stars doesn’t feel like enough. My kids spent four truly wonderful years at SHAP, and I couldn’t have imagined a more loving, nurturing place to leave my babies. From the very beginning, the staff made us feel like family. They loved my children like their own, and that gave me such peace of mind while I was at work—knowing my kids were happy, safe, and genuinely cared for. Ms. Cherrell is nothing short of a superhero in our house. Even months after graduating, my son still talks about her every day. That kind of impact is rare, and it speaks volumes about the way she pours into her students. SHAP didn’t just prepare my children academically—though they left reading, counting, and ready to follow directions like pros—they also grew spiritually and emotionally. They learned that God loves them deeply and how He wants us to treat others with kindness, empathy, and respect. That foundation is priceless. I’m forever grateful for the time we had at SHAP. It’s a special place that will always hold a big piece of our hearts.

  • Our family has been part of Spring Hill Academy Preschool for the past five years, and it has truly been one of the greatest blessings in our lives. From the toddler room all the way through elementary, both of our children have grown, thrived, and flourished in ways we never imagined. What makes Spring Hill Academy so special is its strong Christian foundation and the incredibly loving, family-oriented environment. The teachers and staff are more than educators - they’re spiritual mentors and nurturing role models who genuinely love and care for each child as their own. The school’s commitment to character building has deeply impacted our kids. They’ve not only learned the fundamentals of reading, math, and problem-solving - they’ve also developed compassion, integrity, respect, and a strong moral compass. The emphasis on faith, kindness, and personal responsibility is woven into everything they do. We’ve seen firsthand how this school prepares children not just academically, but emotionally and spiritually. It’s a rare gem, and we are forever grateful for the loving foundation Spring Hill Academy has provided for our family. If you’re looking for a school that builds up the heart, mind, and spirit of your child, this is the place.
