Is there a 0 star option?? They want to threaten suing just because a mom expressed her experience and opinion! Do your research before sending your child here! And I don’t mean talking to the owners family and friends that have padded reviews. Very sad practice to have, especially with children involved. Beware. Edit to add: Apparently they think bullying other people is okay too! Doesn’t matter if I have or have not received a service from them. Their character, their family and friends’ character, all show me what poor souls they are. Would NEVER trust my children with them.
Brittany HensleyDec 17, 2025Tennessee Valley has two great locations. They provide excellent services. I know my child is safe and happy! My child has attended since birth-started at Rutledge and then moved to the new location in Morristown when it opened- and let me tell you, we daycare parents talk! A negative review would only be from a disgruntled parent whose card got declined after the tuition charge. Staying at home with a child due to financial instability until you can find a sitter you can actually afford is one thing, but making a fake bad review just because they wouldn’t let your child attend for free is pathetic.
Karen JohnsonDec 1, 2025Made me scared to send my baby to a daycare ever again. Started working from home and kept him home until I could find a close friend to watch him because of this place. Be wary with your littles❤️
Haley NewmanNov 23, 2025We love this daycare!! They take such amazing care of my little girl. My husband and I really love the ring cameras so we can check on her at any time. As well as the app gives you updates what she does through out the day. They are great at communicating with us. Our little girl loves it there. Would recommend to everyone!!
Tia GriffithsJul 22, 2025All 3 of my littles have been going here since they opened and we have received nothing but love and kindness. The staff is well trained and obviously love what they do. The facility is clean and so cute! They offer ring camera access to the classrooms and updates throughout the day. I recommend this daycare to anyone looking!
Torrie BowersJul 16, 2025My son has been attending here since he was about 8 weeks old and we absolutely love it here. He is 18 months now and loves all of the staff and most of the time doesn’t want to leave. They have a ring camera I can watch when I miss him. We’re so lucky to have this in grainger co!
