Hospitots deserved a fresh review! As a first-time mom, I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Leaving your baby in someone else’s care for the first time is emotional and overwhelming, but from day one, my little one and I felt fully supported through every high and low. She started at four months old, and The Bakers and the entire BB1 support staff were incredible. They cared for our daughter so intentionally, and they also supported me as I transitioned back to work and continued my breastfeeding journey. I was always met with encouragement, patience, and understanding. I never once questioned whether my child was loved, I knew she was. I received photos, thoughtful updates, and daily reassurance that she was safe, happy, and thriving. That level of communication and genuine care is truly priceless. So if you are a first time mom or enrolling a young infant & you’re feeling nervous or unsure, DONT be!! Hospitots has been such a blessing to our family, and I will always be grateful for the love and support we experienced there 🤍

Kayla ThomasonAug 19, 2020I have to respectfully disagree with Don. The ladies in the office are the most caring, reasonable, thoughtful folks they could possibly have. Of course they have to be professional in order to maintain a safe, appropriate place of business and will not be run over, which I fully expect and appreciate. But make no mistake, their first and biggest priority are these kids. My child has been there going on 4 years and I have never witnessed them being anything but respectful to kids and parents. I would not have my child at any other facility.
Ginger DearmanJul 15, 2020Truth be told, at first this facility seemed to be caring and such a great place to bring children. However what is seen on the outside isn’t what appears to be on the inside. Most of the teachers are great and actually do show that they love and care support the children, however when it comes to the office personnel that is not the case. They basically act like wardens of a prison. They will be nice to your face and act like they want to assist with issues that come out but are deceitful behind your backs and want to immediately dismiss someone without following policy.
