We’ve had a wonderful experience here. The prior director was excellent, and the teachers are caring and engaged. Our daughter has made great progress in her speech, learning, and overall confidence. We’re really happy to be part of this school. *Update 06/26/2026: A new director started, and I want to note that my prior five star review was based on the prior director, Lilli, and the awesome staff. The teachers are still amazing, but I will follow-up as needed under the new director in a few months.
Hugh CrossAug 1, 2025The Learning Loft in Dickson is WONDERFUL! The director, Ms. Lilli, is amazing along with all of the teachers there as well! When my daughter was going through behavior issues, they communicated with me very well and we worked together to create a solution that worked for my little one! They are very attentive and do educational things every day! My daughter has definitely grown so much emotional and mentally! She comes home every day having learned something new! And even when I did have concerns with a teacher and myself not seeing eye to eye, they handled it with professionalism and urgency! I would highly recommend them!

They want the children to feel safe and protected. Sometimes that can be a challenge because they have to make hard decisions, but I love that they are committed to that.
Angie WhitleyFeb 11, 2025As a parent, it’s really hard to leave your kids in the care of someone else. But the ladies at learning loft go above and beyond. When an issues arose, they always promptly handle the matter and are beyond considerate of all parties. they treat my baby like their own and send updates all the time which eases my momma heart. The Learning Loft is a great place in Dickson county for childcare. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
Madison QuarlesFeb 10, 2025My child has been going here for over a year. The staff does great with her. She has grown a lot since starting there both physically and developmentally. The teachers are always nice and respectful. They provide updates on how the day is going that include pictures and videos. They have helped capture her milestones on video so that myself and her mother don’t miss out of those! They also work well with her on the days she is not as happy. Overall, I would recommend them as a child care option to anyone in need.
Kyle PaschalFeb 10, 2025My grandson goes here, and we love all the teachers. We are greeted everyday with smiles from the staff. His teachers help us greatly. The Administrator Mrs. Lilly goes out of her way to help us with anything. She is very kind and caring. We highly recommend them.
