  • We take both of our girls here and absolutely love it. We could not be happier! Both of our girls have developed so fast since being here. The infants class has our favorite teacher. She is truly amazing. They have a great mix of learning, love, and activities for the kids. Darlene sets the tone from the top and it all trickles down in the best way!

  • My daughter was on the waitlist for quite some time, but it was absolutely worth the wait! She has been attending this daycare for about five months now, yet the staff makes us feel like we’ve known them for a lifetime. They truly treat us like family, and I have complete peace of mind knowing my daughter is well cared for while she’s here. This is not the first daycare my daughter has attended, but it is the only one I’m writing a positive review for. Unlike other daycares, she doesn’t get sick as often. They are very mindful about outdoor play — the kids aren’t outside in freezing temperatures or extreme heat. There is plenty of shade on the playground, and the turf means she doesn’t come home with wet, muddy shoes. What I appreciate most is how they support emotional and developmental growth. They don’t put kids in timeout; instead, they help them regulate their emotions when they’re upset. My daughter has learned so much during her time here. This isn’t just a place where kids are left to play — they actively engage them in meaningful activities that help them grow and develop. I also have to give a special shoutout to her teacher, Ms. Mina, who helped my daughter successfully use the potty for the first time — something I was barely able to accomplish at home! Her patience, encouragement, and consistency truly made a difference, and I am so grateful for her support. They also plan wonderful school events where parents can be involved, mingle with teachers, and connect with classmates. They host curriculum nights so parents know exactly what their child will be learning throughout the year, and their holiday parades — complete with costumes and floats — are absolutely adorable! Everything about this place feels like perfection. Every day when I go to pick up my daughter, she doesn’t want to leave — and that alone speaks volumes. And I can’t end this review without mentioning how amazing Ms. Darlene is! I have never met a daycare owner who is so hands-on and involved. She is incredibly understanding and truly heaven-sent. I cannot say enough good things about this place. If I could give it a bajillion stars, I would! Highly, highly recommend!!!

  • Our family has absolutely loved our time at Tree of Knowledge! We have had a few not-so-great experiences at local daycare centers in the past, but the staff at TOK took time to answer our questions and concerns and put us completely at ease. It has been over a year now and our kids have made so many great friends, they love their teachers and the engaging curriculum. My 3 year old knows all about Sequoia National Park 🤯 I would highly recommend Darlene and her excellent group of educators. We will miss this place when kindergarten starts. -Amanda

  • For two years, our son faced challenges at different private schools, particularly with behavioral support. It was a difficult time for our family as we searched for a place that would truly understand and nurture him. Everything changed when we found Tree of Knowledge. From the moment he started, Ms. Emily, Ms. Jess, and Ms. Grace showed an extraordinary level of care and dedication. They worked closely with the professionals at NeuroBridge to understand his needs in the classroom and also helped us navigate the process of securing future services for kindergarten. Their patience, insight, and unwavering support made all the difference. What truly set Tree of Knowledge apart was the way the entire staff came together to support our son. The accommodations they made were thoughtful and personalized, ensuring he felt safe, understood, and empowered to grow. The administrators, especially Mrs. Darlene, were deeply involved and committed to his success, creating a cohesive and nurturing environment. It wasn’t just about preparing him for kindergarten, it was about helping him thrive. We are forever grateful for the compassion, teamwork, and professionalism that turned a difficult journey into one filled with hope and progress. We wish every child could experience this level of love and support!

  • We had both of our girls at Tree of Knowledge and I cannot recommend them highly enough! The staff are incredible and truly care about the kids and their well-being. The curriculum in each classroom is really enriching and engaging. Particularly so in the pre-K classroom, which has our 5 year old fully prepared for kindergarten. My girls both were so excited to go to “school” each day. Staff turnover seemed incredibly low, which is so important for kids to build a good relationship with their caregivers. On top of all that, they provide a nutritious lunch and snack each day, and closures for holidays and in services are really minimal, which is so helpful for working parents. Tree of Knowledge is an excellent choice for childcare and I’m so grateful to have found them when we moved to Chattanooga.

  • This school has been a saving grace for my family. After a horrible experience at a previous well known daycare in town, I never thought I would trust anyone else. Tree of Knowledge has exceeded my expectations and I’ve been blown away with how much my 3 year old has learned. Every teacher seems to genuinely care and love the kids. My son gets excited to be there. They also offer a STEM and cooking class, which is not something you’ll find everywhere. The director is so committed and I feel more than okay leaving my son in their care! Thank you TOK for restoring trust in childcare!
