As our daycare years come to an end, my husband and I have been so incredibly thankful for the help we have had from TCDC with raising our babies during the past 8 years. Our boys have been happy and safe throughout their years at TCDC. If you are considering Trinity for your family's needs, just do it. The care they put into your child will be worth every penny!
Keely FormontApr 30, 2025For nearly 8 years, my children have attended TCDC. My eldest started there when he was around 1 year old and my second son followed suit a couple of years later as an infant. He will conclude his time there in three weeks. I got to experience every level of the center and I am so incredibly grateful for the care and concern they put into every decision. Every single teacher has genuinely cared and taken an interest in the well being of my children. They have assisted with helping them learn to socialize, potty train, eat better, and even gave them a platform every Christmas to perform for their families. When issues arose, they took them serious and always collaborated on a solution. And any issues were always minor in nature and never concerning- just typical developmental stuff with kids. Carol and Beth were always so accommodating and attentive. It is clear they go above and beyond for this place. Their ability to maintain core staff is a credit to the way they lead. Both boys had the same primary teachers for every class despite being nearly 3 years apart in age. In terms of cost, this center is a godsend. Is it cheap? No, no daycare is. Is it fair? Absolutely. More than fair. It is less expensive than most other daycares in town and their annual rate increases have been predictable and always announced with plenty of time for families to prepare. I can not recommend this place enough. Get on the waiting list as soon as possible. If I could go back and do it all over again, I would choose this center over and over. Thank you TCDC for being such a blessing in our lives.
Joshua FormontApr 30, 2025My Daughter attended their daycare program from baby to Pre-K. She was always well cared for, had fun, learned alot, and loved her teachers. I highly recommend this daycare.
Layne JenningsAug 11, 2023Our son has attended TCDC for nearly two years, and I can’t say enough good things about Beth, Carol, and the several teachers who have cared for our little guy over the years. The facility is safe, clean, and very family-oriented. They serve healthy meals (included in tuition, which we love!) and they seem to genuinely care about their kids and staff. Playgrounds and outdoor areas are very nice as well. Highly recommend!
Jessica GreenwayOct 8, 2021I have to respectfully disagree with the one-star review posted previously for a number of reasons. First and foremost, there is no “male receptionist” as the negative comment stated. We’ve also NEVER encountered anyone who is “rude and unprofessional”. I’m wondering if you know you’re commenting about the facility associated with Trinity UMC in Knoxville, as there are others in other cities that are completely unaffiliated with this center. Carol and Beth (and all the other teachers and staff) are AMAZING! The center is safe, secure, clean, and attentive to all childrens’ needs. We could not be happier with the care our children have received. We’ve been sending our kids to Trinity Child Development Center for 4 years, and would continue to do so if we could. They are (and have been) well prepared for Kindergarten and other social situations.
Patrick LaddMay 20, 2019If I could give less than a one star I absolutely would. Although the center is attached to a church their attitudes towards people of color is less than christian. The male receptionist was very rude and displayed an inability to speak the truth. If the front line employees are rude and unprofessional , I can only imagine the remaining staff. The negative energy is not something I want my child around.
