  • The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They care for my daughter and keep me updated with photos. The owner Mr. Joe has created a safe place for kids with teachers who care for the children and create many activities for them. They also take much care to keep the place clean and sanitary. Overall they put much care into their jobs and responsibilities. I have felt safe having my daughter attend here. I wanted to leave a review to share my appreciation for the wonderful hardworking people here.

  • We have been happy with our experience at Wellspring for our 1 year old daughter. The team genuinely listens to feedback and values open communication as a smaller run center, which is so important as a parent. Whenever we’ve shared suggestions or concerns with the owners or director, they’ve been quick to address them and keep us updated on any changes or improvements along the way. It’s clear they prioritize the well-being and development of the children, and their willingness to adapt and improve makes us feel confident that our child is in the best hands. It is a small community feel and would recommend.

  • I have to update my review because it should be noted for other parents. This daycare has a high turnover. Probably because they refuse to pay their employees a living wage. I digress to say my sons teacher was a sweet woman. But I wasn’t getting proper communication about what was going on with my son. I asked and never got a response so I just took him out. Consistently there was 1 teacher to about 17 kids. They’re charging 1,200 per child monthly so how aren’t they able to pay their workers a living wage? Basically the owner, I think his name is Joe is lining his pockets while doing a fraction of the work. He was also really off putting. Now the main reason I have to give a bad review is because my son is going into public school and we have had the most positive experience with this and it’s free! If you’re going to charge someone almost the price of a mortgage monthly then you should be delivering expert level care. Also pay close attention to their “policy” about taking your child out. They have to uphold TN state law and they weren’t doing that. So I did take my son out and stopped paying. I shouldn’t have an obligation to them if they’re not upholding even the law. But according to their “policy” I would have had to pay them 3 more times even if my son wasn’t attending. That is 1,590 for absolutely no reason. Why should I be ok with that when you can’t even uphold the law on teacher to student ratio?

  • We absolutely adore Wellsprings! Our daughter transitioned from a live in nanny (my husband’s sister) at 2 years old to full time daycare and they have been so gracious about helping her throughout the process. Miss Addy and Miss Courtney were the best teachers while she was in squirrels and my daughter adores them!! It has been a true joy watching our little one spread her wings, make new friends, and learn so much at Wellsprings! We can’t wait to have her little sister join in on the fun when she turns 1. We could f be more thankful and appreciative of how welcoming and kind everyone has been at Wellsprings! Highly recommend if you are looking for a place for your children to have a home away from home!

  • We are so happy that our daughter is here! She started when she was 3 years old, she loves her teachers, and has made friends. We like that the classes are small, always very clean, and there is a curriculum that keeps them engaged, and breakfast and lunch are served! They also send messages and photos of what our daughter is doing throughout the day, and are helping us with potty training. This is honestly a dream come true for our family. Thank you Jenny, and Wellspring team!

  • My child has been at Wellspring 7 months and so far, it's been a great experience overall. Every classroom he's been assigned to has had wonderful teachers who are communicative and kind. The facility itself is clean and bright, and I love that they have a huge outdoor space to play in - and a brand new toddler playground went in this spring. The leadership team is responsive, kind, and care deeply for each child there.
