  • Great place especially for younger kids! Teaches discipline, Respect, self control, balance, etc. I cannot stress the amazing skills ive been taught, i love the instructors! they can be a little disorganized at times. But try their hardest to get back on track. Though kinda overpriced and some unnecessary add-ons to the experience. I've havr great control and flexibility of all my limbs and its very useful. :D

  • We have our daughter enrolled in the summer program and she loves it! They offer lots of great and fun activities to keep the kids busy while also promoting respect and structure. They get to go to local parks/splash pads as well as visit different attractions such as kids gyms/museums once a week. They also learn taekwondo, dance, parkour, and more!! Parents night out once a month is great too! Kids have a blast while you can have a night to go out or stay in and relax.

  • We’ve had such a wonderful experience so far! My son absolutely loves coming to class, he looks forward to it every week. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and truly dedicated to helping each student grow in both skill and confidence.

  • Our son had his 5th birthday party at Amy’s martial arts in Draper. We would highly recommend having a birthday party there. The staff was very nice and accommodating, they worked well with me. I had to book a last minute birthday, when they prefer to know a month out. They hurried and asked employees if someone would work over a holiday. Two employees stepped up. Coach Sam was available to answer any questions I had, and went out of their way to accommodate. They let me bring in my own decorations, even though they will provide table cloths. I had a lot of parents at the party complement how they like how the staff took time to have all of the kids stop to take a potty break and wash their hands before they had pizza. The pizza was included in the package they had someone pick it up, one less thing to worry about during a party. Our favorite part is that all of the kids get to be together in one room and interact with each other. Instead of having a birthday party at a place where they spread all throughout the place and mix with other random kids that are there and you hardly ever get to see your kid. They had one activity after the other, keeping the kids busy. The kids all had a great time. My son was definitely the talk of the school when they got back.

  • I attend class with my two kids. Everyone who works there is fantastic and friendly. They work great with kids and adults. There are also monthly lessons on whole-person development such as patience or open-mindedness. The instructors really know their stuff too. I looked into a few places before coming to Amy's and I don't regret my choice one bit.

The masters and coaches aren’t just skilled instructors—they’re genuine role models who care deeply about both the emotional and physical development of every student. Their positive energy and dedication create an environment where kids thrive, learn discipline, and have a blast while doing it. Highly recommend!
