I daughter had been going here for about 2 years now. She loves it. They have helped learn so much. She comes home happy with a hand full of art projects.

The Bright Start caregivers are sweet and loving and take time to get to know the children and their parents. We feel like we’re part of a little community here. I know my babies will be cuddled and my children will be fed and played with. We appreciate prompt communication with the directors regarding upcoming events, any minor incidences, and if we’ve run out of diapers, etc. Meals and snacks seem to be nourishing. Large open common room for energetic playtime, and many toy/ learning stations for imagination and creative play. We’d like to see more outside playtime and there have been seasons of the year where a higher staff:child ratio seems necessary but overall we’re very happy with this facility and the care they give our children!

I moved to Utah in 2023 and took my kids to a different daycare at first, that only lasted about 3 months. I then found bright start and absolutely love it!!! My 3 children have been going here for a little over a year now and the staff here have become family. I have a 2, 4 and 8 year old and they look forward to going to daycare everyday. The staff is caring and treat my kids as if they were their own. My kids do lots of arts and crafts everyday and during the summer they keep them busy with fun activities. I can't wait to see what fun things they have planned for this coming summer.

Recently started taking my 2 daughters here. I'm overall very happy with how my daughters are treated. They come home happy with smiles and get excited to tell me about their day. Their programs and curriculum has improved my daughters vocabulary and annunciation. All staff members have been friendly. I will say it'd be nice if you guys had a doorbell or something better than just knocking on a glass door/wooden door. Multiple times I've had to in a sense bang on the door to be known I'm there.

These people watched as my sweet 60 year old mother slipped on their sidewalk that that did not salt. Not only did the lady see this happen. She did NOT come out to say one word to my poor mother. She now is in pretty severe pain and the lady thought it would be okay to completely ignore my injured mother when it was heir fault for not salting their sidewalk. She came out AFTER we had left and salted vigorously to alter the scene! You should have come out and said something lady. You are a terrible person. I would NEVER trust any child with you guys. Clearly you don’t care one bit about anyone. TERRIBLE TERRILE PLACE TO GO! Never take your child here. They neglect them. Most of the reviews are from employees!!! So many false reviews. Employees are not supposed to be reviewing this place. It is for customers only. Never go here. They ignore your children and watch as your sweet old mother slips and breaks her hip. Many reviews state their child had been scratched or injured in some way. Don’t take your kids here!
