  • My first time here, a mom with two small kids. I felt the pool area itself was good, and fun. I admit this was partly my fault (didn’t have a personal lock, like I said it was my first time here) but after coming back to our locker, all my stuff had been gone through and my wallet lay empty on top… I didn’t realize that most people take all their bags into the pool area, and leave it sitting around on benches or even brought in strollers! Then once I got home, my swimsuit had been discolored (presumably from the chlorine). I have been in countless other pools and it has been fine.. so needless to say, I probably won’t come back..

  • I am so angry. My husband and I took my daughter to the daycare while we worked out. She's only 2.5, she comes out of daycare crying her eyes out and telling me that a bigger kid was pushing her. 1. She had a bloody nose, the daycare workers literally cleaned her up and didn't tell me anything. 2. She's covered in blood on her hand, my husband doesn't notice. I ask to see video footage and they say they can't show me which is a huge red flag. 3. My daughter doesn't just make up lies, saying that a bigger kid was pushing her, and that she told him to stop but he didn't. 4. THEY DAYCARE WORKER LIES TO ME, saying that she just "tripped" over own feet and fell hard enough to get a bloody nose which has never ever happened! Don't take your kids here. There was only TWO OF THEM today June 29th 2026 @17:45. They lie and then tell you that you're crazy and then offer no recourse for you to see the video footage.

  • Signed up for a family pool pass and was told I could cancel anytime. After a few visits I called in to cancel and learned canceling requires a paper form be filled out in-person. When I filled out the form I was assured my membership would be canceled within 10 days. 16 days later I received an email receipt for the full amount. I emailed regarding the concern and no reply 10 days later. I called in and was told there is no way to reimburse the amount I paid, but that I could still use the pool. Why would I do that? Isn’t that why I canceled? Unfortunately low quality customer service, and the constant busyness of the pool means I will likely not return.

  • Pool was fine, but the facilities were just not good. Tiny dirty changing rooms and for some reason the entire staff of teenage boy lifeguards had a meeting IN THE FAMILY CHANGING ROOM to practice CPR on a dummy right at the time when open swim was ending? And all of the people and their kids were trying to change into their clothes? It was super weird.

  • Perfect for a very hot afternoon. My Grandbaby loved it and so did my Grandpa

  • The woman with the long gray hair was super rude and not helpful at all. The price to rent the party room was ridiculously high and we only had 2 hours total time for set up, take down and to have a party. Not worth the money. The pool was fun.
