What a complete failure of a daycare. Calling this place a safe environment for children is beyond misleading. A child is only there for 45 minutes, and in that short amount of time has been repeatedly punched, injured, and sent home with a bleeding nose and developing black eye. Let that sink in—this is happening in less than an hour under your supervision. Despite numerous complaints and ongoing communication, nothing meaningful has been done. Sending the aggressor home for a couple of days or briefly moving them to another room is not a solution when you knowingly place them right back into the same situation and allow it to happen again. The fact that this involves a staff member’s child makes it even worse. It shows a complete lack of accountability and raises serious concerns about favoritism over child safety. There was a thread last night on moms helping moms where employees past and present said "save your breathe, they pretend to care and laugh at your circumstance the second you turn your back to leave! How disgusting! Even more disturbing, parents were not notified when their child was visibly injured and bleeding—they only found out at pickup. That is completely unacceptable and negligent. Children are being supervised by very young, clearly unprepared staff who are failing to protect them, even for less than an hour. After countless emails and repeated promises that this would be handled, nothing has changed. At this point, it is clear this facility does not take child safety seriously. Do not trust this daycare with your children. If they cannot keep a child safe for 45 minutes, they should not be responsible for children at all.
Josie HoneApr 22, 2026I am obsessed with this daycare. The best daycare my children have ever been in. They love my babies as much as I do! I trust them wholeheartedly. I've never seen them overwhelmed or "short staffed." Kids are crazy and loud, but they handle them all very well. Also... kids get bit and they also bite back. It happens. It's developmentally normal. They tell me every time an incident occurs right at pick up. If it's not an emergency, I don't want a call every time something typical for an infant happens. I trust if something serious happened, they would call me STAT. They handle it all so well. I love them!
Libby FechnerMar 5, 2026*UPDATE* I don't plan on giving you a private message, I would hate for an employee to get in trouble of any kind because of this. I did a tour but I've waited to do a review again so no employee/s would be in any situation with your management, employee moral is a direct reflection of management. Overworked workers, in childcare is a disaster and lawsuit waiting to happen. I genuinely hope you try to do better. If I could give it less I would, looking for a new daycare and I have never been so disappointed in person. They were disorganized and understaffed. I wouldn't take my kids here for free! Beware. The poor employees seemed so stressed and overwhelmed! Management needs to do better!
Victoria PerkinsOct 26, 2024My child was bit here by another child, I understand that these things happen but what was unacceptable to me was 1. I was not notified earlier in the day or as soon as they saw the mark and I had to find out right as I was picking up my child, 2. They told me they were going to look through the cameras to see what happened and they still cannot provide me with what happened, where and when it happened and it’s almost been a week

ReAnnon EvansFeb 27, 2023I am a St. George Native. Seeing all the daycare facilities that St. George has to offer throughout the years. Hands down top facility I have seen. The ladies are very welcoming and treat the children like family. Very clean and professional. I love their cute bus system also. The kids are always excited to get in after school. Which attracted me to choose their facility for my son for the summertime. I have no stress knowing my son is going to be taken care of 😁❤
